But super cool
He does mean cool. Sometimes hard can mean cool. “This song goes hard”
It should be Black nights with mandingo...
@@shanesmith5551 Ah gotcha. Thought he meant like hard to remember

fun fact
black knights tango is a drink made from cherry cola mixed with dark rum

Can confirm. He's not a bot and I'm not either
Yesterday was absolutely crazy when you think about it where mvl was winning vs fridman but lost, magnus unable to win up a piece against mvl and vincent messing up a masterpiece vs ding. Well I gotta say these dings happen...

my friends in the library are gonna flip out. Nice analysis, nice game!
Keymer is going to do a lot better, he is among the youngest of players showing tremendous improvement.
Ding Engine OP in endgame
LOL, oponent blunder gets him a draw, OP indeed.
It was Keymer's mistake, Ding didn't do anything crazy to draw the game
🤣
Young talent
Good endgame lesson!
Damn Vincent is strong as hell, impressive. Thanks for the video boss
Agad please always shower us with your knowledge and never apologize for over compensation of your wisdom😅
Let's hope said wisdom isn't "golden".
"That vins the game" hahahahaha, love you man!
Ding might just be back in time to defend his title , so sad for the next candidate winner😂😊

Nah, we are good friends now and he just lets himself in
I always love good stories and this game really looks like one, incredible 😍
I swear I played the black knights tango loads of times when I was like 900 rated
I liked when you added timestamps, Antonio. Cheers.
The Ding is back. 😎🔥💯
Can't believe after all that Vincent butchered it by not moving his King closer to those pawns. Anyone rated over 1300 moves the king to those pawns in an endgame to gobble them u.. Brutal
I would argue the best kinda of draw is a zugzwang stalemate from a losing position
King g4 seems like the most natural move to make. I’m no pro and it was my first choice. Strange how these high level players can miss these moves
it is not that simple. For examplae if you play king g4 you ahve to calculate king getting in with king e5 after capturing the pawn nad maybe not even pushing your pawn and just going for the b7 pawn and if black is not winning in that position he is loosing and you have to calculate agadmator's line as well imagine white queening before black then you can actually check with qa8+ and king is forced to go to b6-b7-b5 and you pi,ck up the queen as white so it is not that easy in most of the lines if you are not winning you are loosing so its not easy
to calculate
What an endgame masterpiece 🙏🙏❤️
I always think about Velimirovic when a knight lands on F5.
Thanks for this video. Love Vincent keymer. Only him and Hans stress Magnus out.
Amazing game
GG
Vincent really crushed himself in this game 🙌
I was thinking more in the Ke6 line. Black stops White's pawn advance and White has to figure out how to stop Black's f-pawn. When White finally commits his king to stopping said pawn, Black grabs White's c-pawn and goes for the a-file. I didn't work it out, but that was MY instinct. Of course, if that were actually the best square to move the king to, I'm pretty sure someone else would have pointed it out.
Great to see Ding hold up in the game the commentators were giving Ding no chance in the game they seemed to almost have a preference for Keymer to win Keymer played a great game pretty much had tempo and controlled the pace of the game Ding reacting defensively Enjoy your day
Oh No, I play the black knight tango all the time!
Omg I can’t believe he rushed like that in the critical position of the game!!!

Magnus sees this endgame-"Hold my beer"
I think as world champions go, Ding is easily the weakest
What about if kg4 white takes on c5, then after pawn f5 white plays kd4 and the white king has time to get to f1 before the black pawn . And if black would try to prevent the white king from defending against the pawn he would be required to put his king on the f file blocking his pawn in which case white just pushes his pawn and would promote sooner than black.
I play also myself Ke4
So unfortunate Vincent ☹️
Looks the same but the trick is ALWAYS there
Beautiful endgame heartbrake ending 💔

I thought the best kind of draw was by insufficient material. 😅
This game exemplifies why current players cannot match Capablanca, who played a game similar to this against Canal in1929 I think.
Prime Magnus can match any player

What does "promote the rook to a pig" mean?
Rooks on the opponent's 7th/2nd rank are called pigs because of the way they usually clear pawns in their path.

2nd: I believe Wesley is still the classical WFRCC while Hikaru is just the rapid WFRCC.
Q1
Why weren't the 'slow rapid' games in the 2019 wfrcc considered classical when they are 60min games and the minimum for classical is 60min?
Q2
Why are the 2022 WFRCC games considered 'slow rapid', as in the same category for the 2019 wfrcc 60min games, when they are actually 32.5min games?
What I understand is
(0,10) = Blitz
[10,60) = rapid
[60,120) = classical but unrated if so and so conditions
[120,infinity) = classical

Ding 2818?
In rapid yes
In rapid chess Magnus used to be 2900+ now hes 2868
out of all hokages, ding is the weakest hokage.
Whoever wins the candidates will be the world chess champion.... Obviously, Ding isn't about to play his prep for it now, but he doesn't have it in him... Nepo CHOKED terribly... the candidates might as well be the Championship.

Uhm... what? How does a GM like Vincent mess up that king move? Even to my 1450 lizard brain without any calculation it seems like it's the much better option for the king to be next to the pawns and ready to start capturing instead of being two tempi away from it. What's the king on e4 supposed to be doing? Shield away the white king? I don't see the point from a logical standpoint even without any further calculations. Even before Agad said that's the pause the video I was by default thinking "kg4" and when Agad made this the pause the video, I was like "wait, holdup, so it must be another move then, that's too obvious" and started looking
Ding boring as always. Ding converting a losing game into a draw as always.
Anyone else embarrassed by Ding's play every time? Seriously, he is not WC material. He is only there because Magnus didn't want it. Ding must think about that every time he plays.
I’m only embarrassed by your comment
A 1000 rated player is embarrassed by a 2800 World champions piay.. lol. Ok dude.
Nothing embarrassing about being officially world #1 and at least world #2 in pointless pub conversation.
Have you even seen Ding play in 2018,19 and the initial part of 2020..He had emerged as the single favourite player to challenge Carlsen across all 3 formats..Fabi might have been good in Classical but he was not as good in shorter time formats..Magnus said so himself..Sure, Ding slowed down post COVID...but he is still there.. maybe he just needs to get some matches under his belt..
@@suchetdas5392 A few boxes of matches, perhaps
king G4 the most natural move. He was feeling himself. GJ Vincent.
most natural for me and many another players was, the mistake, ke4 (center) .. ding can hold this because pawn on a4 (cover b5) without this, keymer win this ....
ok, in this position is "natural"Ke4 a mistake. later come chess noobs and say "the most natural... for me: keymer outplayed ding but make 2 mistakes: 1.ke4 and to fast..... he will be stronger.
@@toSirius ure telling me going towards the white pawns isnt the most natural move for a human below 2500. Ok
@@pizdaloverbby i tell you, you are maybe a noob with maybe elo 1010 and speak from most natural....after the game. you are just a troll or a weak player. fact is most natural for all players over 1800 is ke4 center and eskort the past pawn, make queen, exchange ... and win with the the last h pawn
@@pizdaloverbbyit’s just as natural to centralize and seek king opposition. It just feels right in most endgame positions. Of course you have to analyze a bit deeper, and here you’ll find it doesn’t quite work. But it’s not obvious without a little calculation.

Gukesh would have won this endgame blindfolded … that is what is missing in Vincent … like Neponiatchtchi , Vincent is too fast on critical moves that blunders the WIN, and sometimes the game
