The problem with the law is
1. If a boy doesn't agrees to marry after sex he will be punished with 10 years of jail. if a girl doesn't agrees to marry after sex ,then nothing??
2. Any male can have sex with female employee if he promises job or promotion and he fullfills it.if he fails then 10 years of jail. where is the dignity and modesty of women??
what if a female promises for job and fails to give it?????

1) Know the woman that you are going to have sex with
2) Please have as many public meetings as possible before you eventually take the relationship/affair to the next level.
3) Do not lie about anything at all
4) Do not commit if you are not into commitment
5) Please know that there can be serious repercussions for you if any case gets filed against you.
6) If somebody threatens you with a rape case and demands money, you are probably dealing with a organized crime/ racket, in that case, do not sit silent and atleast file a complaint with the commsioner of police.

it doesn't matter if you had sex or not or whatever. When she files a false case the law doesn't care anything about man, it's the man who has to go to great lengths to prove that he is innocent which is even worse than a murder case where the prosecution has to prove the murder and not the accused.

i think i found a good loophole to this argument which is time constraint. so if any woman says to u tht this guy said marry me nd false claim then just say yeah i m ready to marry her but when i m 100 yrs old so she has to wait for tht long period of time or she can reject nd move on. there was no such thing as when u have to marry her in tht statement when u discussed about it. probably u also cant marry till tht time but this will be a good game where u will see who is more stubborn. obviously a tiny brain humans cannot win. finding loopholes is kinda fun game.
