Few days back I was walking down the streets and was going to an animation seminar in Kolkata. It was the first time visiting that place so I had google maps turned on and I was navigating there by using my phone in one hand like this🤳🏻. A young woman was passing by in my opposite direction and I didn't even look at her and was busy looking at my phone while navigating to my destination. It was a scorching summer day so I had my sunglasses on. Out of no where the lady just struck her hand and hit me in my genitals area. I was awestruck at that moment, I couldn't believe what just happened. When I asked that woman "what just happened and why did you do this?" She told me look at me! Just look at me! I became angry and told her why did you hit me and she was just trying to flee that scene. I tried to stop her she said kill me you all men are the same!! Just kill me!! I was like wtf is happening. Apparently she thought that I was filming her or shooting her while I was just navigating through google maps to reach my destination. The bystanders were telling me to leave it, she must me crazy or something and Don't do anything as she's a woman and they can make a scene and put your life at misery by claiming false charges against you. I just stood there and shouted at her, "Hey!! Check my phone!!" She didn't listen. I think she fled the scene realising that she was at fault.

As a Guy my perspective is simple, if I'm accused of a fake allegation and run the risk of going to jail, i would rather commit the crime and suffer the consequences instead of being innocent. Dear sister, I wholeheartedly agree with you on this point. I for one am someone who is incapable of GRape (I used the G so that the RUclips's algorithm doesn't delete this). I too feel that GRape is one of the most heinous of crimes that can be perpetrated as it not only inflicts physical damage but also permanent psychological damage. If God forbid I were to be accused of GRape then there is no way my upbringing will allow me to go ahead and commit the deed. Few days back I was walking down the streets and was going to an animation seminar in Kolkata. It was the first time visiting that place so I had google maps turned on and I was navigating there by using my phone in one hand like this🤳🏻. A young woman was passing by in my opposite direction and I didn't even look at her and was busy looking at my phone while navigating to my destination. It was a scorching summer day so I had my sunglasses on. Out of no where the lady just struck her hand and hit me in my genitals area. I was awestruck at that moment, I couldn't believe what just happened. When I asked that woman "what just happened and why did you do this?" She told me look at me! Just look at me! I became angry and told her why did you hit me and she was just trying to flee that scene. I tried to stop her she said kill me you all men are the same!! Just kill me!! I was like wtf is happening. Apparently she thought that I was filming her or shooting her while I was just navigating through google maps to reach my destination. The bystanders were telling me to leave it, she must me crazy or something and Don't do anything as she's a woman and they can make a scene and put your life at misery by claiming false charges against you. I just stood there and shouted at her, "Hey!! Check my phone!!" She didn't listen. I think she fled the scene realising that she was at fault.

After 3 months I found out her families married her with some other guy living secretly for a while unless she gets Alimony and will be keep getting maitainece. Luckiliy I got Proof and went to Police station but SI was a women and she did not even file a case and Lodge FIR. Thanks to media later they had to file a case and after 3 years of Mental Trauma for me and my family I won case and got free. What was my fault?? That I got her cheating with 3 men after marriage? She enjoyed money fame everything my Life got destroyed so I have decided now to never get this Scam Marriage system of INDIA society. As a Guy my perspective is simple, if I'm accused of a fake allegation and run the risk of going to jail, i would rather commit the crime and suffer the consequences instead of being innocent. I too feel that GRape is one of the most heinous of crimes that can be perpetrated as it not only inflicts physical damage but also permanent psychological damage. If God forbid I were to be accused of GRape then there is no way my upbringing will allow me to go ahead and commit the deed. Thank god, videos like this are coming out in india against feminism. I think Indian constitution should be re-written, not only for the points she mentioned but also for politicians, who should not be allowed to remain in chair for more than 2 terms.
But also to take into account that some men who have false cases against them, filed by their wives are passive aggressive towards their girlfriend's, girlfriends who just want good for them, but instead they cheat on them left right and centre, mess up a girls mental state, revenge them due to their own short comings, still keep looking for pretty girls on social platforms, and finally when the girl has had enough she gets super aggresive as a retaliation and then the girl gets a phycho tag and the guy becomes a bechara.
So technically girls who file false cases are good n legit, but girls who are not even gold diggers, don't care about gifts, love with all their heart are played by ' some ' disgusting men.
As a pre conceived notion the world should stop saying that when cheated upon, just walk away....if giving it off really bad ly can help you find your zen, then just do it. Don't mint money off them, but teach them such a good lesson and that you heal and no one goes through hell mentally.
Remember that mental abuse is worse than a physical abuse.
