Omg! Love it!! He looks great!! Great haircut!! So glad to see you back Mandie!! I grew up in the 80’s & 90’s when everyone had perms. I’m so glad they’re softer & more natural now. I just got one last month, put Olaplex in the solution & it came out great!!

Lord I’ve done so many perms. At least where I live people get them often. I do 4 to 6 perms a week.
yeverino1970 are they permanent, or do you have to do them monthly?
Lousy no they are called a Perm because they arent permanent

only comment - be careful with your cotton wool placement make sure hair is sitting under cotton wool and not over otherwise you will get a kink in the hair

Lol, my son has thick curly hair and hates it, he wants it to be straight but I told him to just be happy no men in our family are bald, we always want what we don’t have.
Usually the bald gene is passed down from the mother's side of the family. If the grandpa on the mom's side isn't bald then it's very unlikely that their son will be.
It's funny. My hair is straight, and there's really no limit to what I can do with it, yet I feel like I can't do enough. I wanna get a perm bc it's a temporary change.
