It depends on the solution you use and your hair, but this one lasted 3 months since his hair grew out fast and he has 2 haircuts cutting away the curls.

if too curly, then when you blow dry your hair, run fingers thru same time will help uncurl a little faster to look wavy. hope that helps.

the smaller the rod the tighter the curls. your hair needs to be at least 4 inches to perm.
