      If the only banking that you do is with a prepaid debit card like chime, and then you swap to a different prepaid card and didn't keep any records, I can see how you would lose easy access to that information.

      What are you basing your ‘belief’ on? The plaintiffs were clearly in the right, as they could provide evidence to back-up their claim (whereas the defendant couldn’t). The defendant had a bad attitude, that is clear, but I don’t think that influenced the decision Judge Judy made.

    I was in an apartment with my family for 14 years and it was terrible. So Judge Judy should not assume it was good if someone stays there long. Money was a major factor for us and we dipped as soon as we managed to work together after saving and buy a house. Idk if their story is similar but not everyone stays that long because it's great.

    • @sab5076

    • @G0dismabestfren
      @G0dismabestfren 2 года назад +3

      @@sab5076 that makes sense. I'm still saying that Judy can't assume people stay somewhere for so long because they like it there all the time. Her asking her if she would have her mother stay someplace that is bad was not a relevant question. I'm speaking from my own personal experience. You just never know what people have to endure and she never had to live like that to understand.

    • @JamieM470
      @JamieM470 2 года назад +2

      @@G0dismabestfren You're so right. It's so irritating when clueless people say "Just move!".
      You have to find a new place & be approved to move there, pay a deposit or down-payment, pay to turn all utilities on in the new place (many times big deposits for each one), usually take time off from work (which is a whole other snarly mess), and find people to help them move or pay a moving company.
      It's expensive to move!
      It's a real struggle (and sometimes even impossible) for people who don't have a good paying job and/or savings.
      "Just move!" is like saying "There's no bread? Then let them eat cake!" Clueless.
