Did she really say she couldn't get her bank records because she updated her Debit Card? 😂If you are going to lie, at least make it a good one.
😂😂😂😂
If the only banking that you do is with a prepaid debit card like chime, and then you swap to a different prepaid card and didn't keep any records, I can see how you would lose easy access to that information.
@@Chris-ho6uf Shes lying though... She provided proof of all her other rent payments...
Instant bank transfer is the best way to pay for rent because say I don't know your landlord sues you for non payment of rent, you just show the judge your bank statement....
She doesn't pay rent with her debit card... Also she owed them $4400 on a rent of $800 so she owed them 5 and a half months rent...
@@Chris-ho6uf ugh at work people are always trying to pay with those chime cards and half the time they get declined. I didn’t realize they were prepaid that makes more sense to me now.
She can't get her bank records because she owes the bank money
The defendant says she is 32 but acts worse than a teenager.
She’s either medicated or inebriated.
@@misscleo378 just entitled
@@misscleo378 trying to lie at least about the debit card. When you switch cards you can still accept your account
@@misscleo378 I think you mean "medicated" because being on medicine and acting this way isn't a tautology
I think she has Tourette’s!
These old Judge Judy clips give me what I want as I eat lunch and dinner at the table. Lol
Omg I thought I’m the only one and judge Mathis
Same
👍🏾
Me too bro🤣🤣🤣🤣....eating and laughing so entertaining and truth.
Saaaaaame ! 😅
She lost mostly because she talked entirely too much!!! 😂😂🤣
@@Sara-wv3ms I see you like talking too 😂
She lost because she didn't pay her rent.😆😆
I love how in some clips J.Judy outright tells one party that if they don't stop talking she's ruling in the other party's favor.
Definitely she doesn’t know how to stop 😂
Love how Judy generally doesn’t like getting away from the point but she can’t resist an opportunity to agree that she wishes she was younger
😂😂😂 Right 😂😂😂
She said so do I. She didn’t go on and on getting away from the point
Oh I love her for showing a soft wistfulness! 😮💨♥️ Instead of the tough, no nonsense, loud, impatient woman. 😤🙅👩⚖️
Yup ! She was in a good mood. She usually don't small talk in her court, especially with the attitude this lady had.
Then the Defendant thought she had JJ on her side
She got away with a lot more “mmhmm” than I ever thought JJ would allow! 🤣
Exactly 😂😂😂💯💯💯
I was totally surprised also 😲
I'd agree but I think the judgment was her response to that haha
It must’ve been close to lunch 😂
You don't need a bank card in order to get bank statements
Thank you! God I can’t stand that they think that. I work for my local housing authority and unless you live or work on either end you just won’t get the just of it all
I should remember her trick ... when it comes tax time I’ll tell the IRS I can’t pay them because I upgraded my card and there’s no records anymore of earnings or money in my account.
Just prior to my debit card expiring, I received a new one. I had to update all my auto-pays, my new card had a different number, security code and expiration date. My bank statement never changed. She's got some big balls to try to get that ridiculous lie across JJ
I really hate when people won't stop talking while being asked a question by the Judge
I work night shift and let me tell you, twelve hours feels like nothin’ when I’m watching these clips 😂
Lmao same here, just not for 12 hours
Life sure is unfair. I wish I had a job where I'd get paid to watch RUclips.
It’s crazy how these people are fans of the show but then forget proper etiquette for success
They don’t forget, they weren’t raised right.
@@Feed-My-Mind-Not-My-Ego That’s not only a bit harsh, it is an unsubstantiated statement.
Some parents are wonderful, but in spite of that their children don’t turn out.
Yes! Thank you
Some cannot spell etiquette - muchless understand what it is.
@@galady8632 And much less are two separate words ~ lol.
felt bad for that mother
imagine being a good tenant for over 15 years just for your daughter to completely embarrass herself on national tv
Lol that's why grandma didn't come. She said she not supporting her mess
Her grandmother lives in the apartment and she wasn’t here.
The mother is here with the defendant.
That’s why JJ asked the mother _if_ she would allow _her_ mother to live in an untenable situation or place.
It's not her living there l. The grandmother is living there
Maybe if the knucklehead is gone, the peaceful existence will return. Fingers 🤞
The difference is the granddaughter is newly entitled Latina.
Jeez that defendant needs to shut the hell up. Major attitude and can’t control herself.
I'm shocked JJ didn't expel her from the courtroom! 🤣😂
My god, the defendant has no clue how to talk in court. Her brain is all over the place.
That's why she lost... normally JJ would grill the plaintiffs a bit more, but anyone who watched the show knows how quickly she gets annoyed when people keep talking over her instead of listening.
her mouth is all over the place too
"Mmmmhmmm" lol
Brain? Are you sure she actually has one?
@David Quinton she has a brain. Not sure if it's wired right tho
I don't think I've ever seen so much attitude from a defendant before. No wonder JJ didn't bother to hear her side.
For somebody that's as old as she says she certainly acts like she's 17. I don't know anyone's statements even if they have a different debit card thatIs a bunch of nonsense as long as you're still at the same bank you can get your statements. She thought she could pull a fast one on the judge.
It amuses me when people assume that when someone is on Section 8 they don't pay "much" lol.. it's subsidized..literally..income based.. so if your income isn't low you're paying at least 27% of your gross income. Her grandma pays on time, every month, no eviction.. she didn't hold up her end and now she's in court trying to figure out why she's there..🤦🏾♀️
Not all the time some properties are a fixed rate.
Facts. My grandma is on section 8 but doesn't make much with her disability so she has enough to get by
@@queenruth2109 that’s not the point . the rate is decided by persons income
@@badazzbarbiePOV I know someone that works for the section 8 system some properties are locked in at a certain rate and doesn't change based off your income. They can get in making 17k a year and if they get another job making say 60k their rent is still $500 or whatever the flat rate was. There are different tiers within the section 8 system.
@@queenruth2109 That isn't how Section 8 works. What you are describing is what is called rent control, something entirely different.
Defendant: I don't have anything to prove my case, you just have to believe me.
...WHAT!?
Her grandma was there 15 years without a problem…she’s STILL living there without a problem but we’re supposed to believe all the sudden there’s problems and only with her? Lol!
There is something seriously wrong with that woman
Her talking over JJ gave me serious anxiety 😂🤣😬
JJ could've been talking to offie Byrd and the defendant would've answered for him. That was hard to watch, she couldn't stop talking. I'm surprised JJ just decided to talk over her instead of telling her to be quiet. I'm glad she got rid of her quickly.
This is one of the few times I have agreed with Judge Judy when she cut someone off and made a decision without hearing the whole story. It was so obvious that the defendant was lying.
I bet the defendant is soooo much fun to be around 🥴
I know right!😅
Despite renting from what I consider an upstanding rental company, I kept all my receipts/carbon copy of checks from when I paid rent before we were able to pay online. And guess what, everytime they withdraw from my bank account, there is a record of it. So the fact that she doesn't have ANY proof of payment says a lot about her. Meanwhile the plaintiff can provide proof of all the transactions.
I guess we don't need the second part. JJ got right to it!
Got sick of her not shutting up. 😆
😂😂😂
I love how JJ just had enough of her and ruled in favour of the plaintiff.
She always rules in favor of thrm
Right. She didn’t even bother to look at the plaintiff’s documents before making her ruling.
@@byronheath2800 she already read the entire statement beforehand.
Ill never ever ever..understand.. why you would come to JUDGE JUDY and still not know how to talk to her! Thousands of ppl just clueless.. wtf did you think was gonna happen? Judy dont play dat!
The defendant's favorite pastime is embarrassing herself.
I got a headache after watching and listening to the defendant talk man…
She wouldn’t keep her mouth shut
The defendant's mom is so short and cute and reminds me of my best friend's mom who was tiny just like her.
It’s the defendants’ grandma.
Jj gets the last wor and itdght
Unfortunately I live not too far away from Vallejo in the east bay. She just embarrassed her self all over the Internet. So shameful to put her grandmother through that
When Judge Judy says "we're done" you know it's over and there are no other parts to this clip which is nice. :)

Owed $4000+?! OMG!
There was a month where I lost both my jobs. I couldn't afford my bills, rent, food, gas. My landlord thankfully understood and I was able to use my security deposit as my last months rent. And there were no issues with the apartment either!
I couldn't imagine just staying and staying and building my unpaid rent to almost $5K!
Hell No! You're some kind of arsehole for that!
I ended up moving to upstate NY, rent was cheaper, had a lovely apartment, absolutely loved it there.
She obviously owed the money but my only question is why does the notice say she only owes $1000?
Exactly. So in truthJJ can not award them $4000.
If she stayed longer, she will owe more than what the notice says
She stayed three more months, at least another $2,400 ($800 x 3) in addition to the $1,000 owed on the eviction notice. That totals $3,400. JJ probably gave them the extra thousand just because the defendant was so annoying and wouldn’t shut up.
You f up tenants deserve this! Can’t believe how badly I was treated by my last tenant and trying to play victim.
Did anyone else catch the uneven blinking Judge Judy did when she gave the debit card excuse? Her lie was so bad it broke her rhythm.
Bank statements are connected to the bank account not the debit card 😂 A 32 year old should know that….she should have told the judge she was 17 😂
never been so early in my life
You must not be a guy😳
This defendant has a attitude problem 🙄 😒
The defendant is a total mess, but how this started off isn't necessarily correct. People live in squalid conditions all the time. Staying somewhere long term can easily mean it's affordable, not that it's nice.
Does she know how to keep quiet? It's annoying.
Damn, I wish rent was $850 a month; that would be nice
Rent is 850 in the ghetto
A new debit card has nothing to do with not getting statements.
She reminds me of a teenager with emotional problems😅
She could of payed her 800 she claim she owe but that mouth of hers got the best of her .
JJ knew that woman was a lost cause and a child in an adult body. Didnt even spend time lecturing her 😅
The lights are on but no one is home for the plaintiff
For the plaintiff???
Do you know who the plaintiff is?
BTW the plaintiff won, that is a clue for you
I dnt think you know what a plaintiff is
The plaintiff is the person who brings a case against another in a court of law. In this case is the gentleman. The defendant is a person, company, or institution accused in a court of law. In this case the lady and her mother. An easy way to remember Pl-AIN-tiff person who is complaining of pain and defendant is the person defending themselves from the person in pain. 👌🏽👍🏽
Doesn’t matter if you change the debit card, the account doesn’t change 🥴
Now listen Kids this is what happens to you when you use drugs, just say No
I kinda feel badly for the mother with the defendant as she kept elbowing her to lie for her and she never would. I'm sure the ever so pleasant defendant will let her have it after court 😒
I beg to differ on cultural grounds. Her mother does not fully understand to say what you trully feel, her mother was just saying yes to appease whomever. From her culture she has been indoctrinated to just say yes even when you mean No. I could see it in the first time she spoke.
I believe the way P nudged her to speak and mother's response was to look up at her then chose to ignore the stupidity. She had her dignity intact.
This lady's facial expressions got her looking like The Rock in drag 🤣
The defendant is too funny!😂 her reply timing is off…
When they stand there and just say "That's a lie"
If the defendant was more direct & concise it is more likely JJ would’ve looked at the 3 day notice and honored the amount they said she owed on the document.
Garbage talk. The defendant is as bad as amber h
But she didn’t leave after those 3 days of notice so owed rent after for staying
Can you imagine your ego being so big that you’re willing to ruin your mother’s living situation?
Like how JJ side steps the BS only to bury defendant BS in the end !
No part 2 or 3. You know someone did something stupid.
Defendant is ignorant.
Her grandmother lived there 15 years without any issues, and leave it up to the younger generation to muck everything up
Another arrogant, lying defendant. 😅😅😅😂😂😂
The defendant talks too much. Her counterclaim should’ve been dismissed.
Clearly from cheap side immigrant stock. Overweight with zacharies disease to boot
I swear the Defendant is NOT surprising. I have so many of them in my family. lol
They always have the most busted wigs on here
Sadly, the older you get, the less you require or are willing to fight. Shame on the plantiffs if they didn't do the defendants grandmother right. Equally shame on the defendant for not paying her bills despite what was in her head as a bad landlord. If she thought it was SO terrible, help her! I hope someone who truly cares about her grandmother takes over.
And she’s rude.
Pretty defendant, but bad attitude for sure.
The defendant is a blah blah mouth, sheeeesh stfu lady. Don't people do their homework prior going to Judge Judy? She hates people who talk over her, interrupt & those that don't shut up 😒. Either she will dismiss your case, she throws you out or you will lose your case all b/c of talking too much.
She do know the new debit card is connected to the same bank account? Apparently not. That's like saying "I don't have access to my emails because I got a new computer." You can access your emails from ANY computer connected to the internet.
The defendant is a FOOOOOOL!
What's with Miss sassy mouth sparring with JJ coming to court with no proof no cause and no brains.
I actually don’t believe the plaintiffs about the $4k amount but Judy made her decision once she deciphered she didn’t like the defendant and her mouth 😂
What are you basing your ‘belief’ on? The plaintiffs were clearly in the right, as they could provide evidence to back-up their claim (whereas the defendant couldn’t). The defendant had a bad attitude, that is clear, but I don’t think that influenced the decision Judge Judy made.
Defendant was BEYOND IRRITATING. Poor grandma
That girl is acting a bit odd …. She kept saying mmhmm when it wasn’t necessary
She was agreeing with the voice in her head.

So, the strategy is to "Mhm" your way to legal victory 🤔
If you wish you were still 17, you haven't learned a damn thing.
In between clip uploads, what other judge shows do you recommend? I enjoy paternity court, too.
people's court
Couples Court with The Cutlers if you want to get away from dog and rent cases.
Mathis let’s all the drama out if you like that part, but he can be the most inconsistent about stuff. People’s Court and Judge Judy are the best ones.
I've had debit/credit cards discontinued and all of the statements online associated with those cards were gone. She would have had to go into the bank and request printed copies of those statements. And hope they dont charge her a fee.
It’s her mother
Bloody Nora I thought she was the grandma

32 ACTING LIKE @ 5 YEAR OLD CHILD WITH THE ATTITUDE
Gotta love Judge Judy 😄
Very entitled over grown kid 32 at like 12 year old
The level of entitlement in modern women is staggering.
Maybe we should go back to the 50's? Then you'll be more comfortable?
She trying to over talk the judge she a lierrrrrrrr
I was in an apartment with my family for 14 years and it was terrible. So Judge Judy should not assume it was good if someone stays there long. Money was a major factor for us and we dipped as soon as we managed to work together after saving and buy a house. Idk if their story is similar but not everyone stays that long because it's great.
The mother said she had no issues with living there and the plaintiff said they had no issues with her. It was only with the daughter and that's because she wasn't paying what she was supposed to pay.
@@sab5076 that makes sense. I'm still saying that Judy can't assume people stay somewhere for so long because they like it there all the time. Her asking her if she would have her mother stay someplace that is bad was not a relevant question. I'm speaking from my own personal experience. You just never know what people have to endure and she never had to live like that to understand.
It didn't take 14 years to save up to move lol.. yaw stayed because yaw stayed.
@Paige Loren you did not read my entire note did you. It's unrealistic to think everyone can just move from where they are just because they are unhappy and right away like you were able to.
@@G0dismabestfren You're so right. It's so irritating when clueless people say "Just move!".
You have to find a new place & be approved to move there, pay a deposit or down-payment, pay to turn all utilities on in the new place (many times big deposits for each one), usually take time off from work (which is a whole other snarly mess), and find people to help them move or pay a moving company.
It's expensive to move!
It's a real struggle (and sometimes even impossible) for people who don't have a good paying job and/or savings.
"Just move!" is like saying "There's no bread? Then let them eat cake!" Clueless.
