This same thing happened to my wife and even in arbitration, they just decided to mutually deny the claim. Thankfully we had collision coverage that fixed the car and didn't raise our rates even after the decision, but it was difficult because the driver lied saying my wife backed into his truck when she was stationary 🙄 became a "he said she said" situation
