Love your videos I have your post notification ON. That looks to be a Blacktop S13 engine from a later model 180sx. Also have you not had any rocker arm problems?
Hey thank you. No rocker arm issues so far, but Im pretty kind to my engine. Its not powerful enough to bounce off limiter too lol it kind of just hovers at 7k rpm when Im on gas.
@@jpdriftlog cool! Are most people running only a rear? You mentioned most remove the front for clearance but said it would be nice to have. I was under the impression running only the front and no rear was the ideal setup, but it's interesting to hear that a lot of guys have it removed.
@@GarrettsAccount12345 For V3 bknuckle people remove it specifically for clearance. But for 2.5 and lower a lot of people keep stock ones. Most people Ive seen at Meihan at least usually just run stock swaybars front and rear.
setup looking dialed! what spring rate are u running in the rear, i heard "5kg swift springs" but it seems super low no? idk if i understood it wrong or it is actually what u are using
@@evisser front and rear pressures usually 28psi hot. My 235 17 I was running Valino 08c and the recent 265 18 setup I’m running sailun street tires. I’d say the biggest difference is the diameter of the wheel makes the 4.6 feel perfect at Meihan. You can stay in 2nd before the back corner way longer so you gain a lot more speed. Grip wise the 265 feel like 20% more grip. Not as big as I thought but likely due to the compound I’m running.
hell yeah buddy love to see the progression on the car
Actually i would love to watch more vlog type videos of your channel
Thanks Ill maybe make more about the car, already changed a bunch of stuff!
KEEP ON PUSHING! Sending love from Portugal🚙💨💨💨

good machine
🔥🔥🔥🔥
Good driver
Awesome video, is the car on 100 Octane ? Also is the ECU on the stock tune, I didn't know you could run T28 @ 15PSI on stock injectors and tune.
Its all stock ECU, stock tune. The gas in Japan is good though I think its 98 Octane.
Running a rear swaybar? Love the simple setup. People in north america tend to overthink what you need to have a car that drives well. Great driving!
Yeah stock rear sway bar.

Super sick !
hell yeah bro 180 is best! you running stock fuel pump/injectors?
Yeah all stock.
sick, would love owning a beater s13 but theyre so expensive here in europe/sweden
keep it up man
Rears are 17 too ? Looks like 18 . Very simple and basic setup . Is the v3 good for hills?
17 all around so far. I just switched to 18 in rear though. Finally got the setup dialed and felt mint in the hills.
@@jpdriftlog I wanna have the exact same setup as you and try it . Have a 180sx with t28 too .

yes 5k Swift is what most people are running at Meihan. Need that grip
What front and rear tire pressures are you normally running?
Any noticeable changes moving to a 18 in the rear?

Call me crazy but isn’t that a s13 sr? Don’t all s14-15 come notch top?
You might be right actually, just remembered that too. Since it also came with a T25 originally would make sense it’s a s13 SR.
180 looks wicked! Do you have an insta for car content?
