Meihan Hitomi Go - 3rd In Middle Class
One of my dreams when I moved to Jpaan was to achieve podium in middle class. Finally made it!
Didn't really make any changes with the car, just drove more. Watching the videos after I realize my hand movement is too quick again, a bad habit of mine. Breaking traction too much due to too quick steering input doesn't load up the car enough for it to rotate.
My tierod was really worn out, luckily the S14 Gloss Factory guys had spare Dmax ones. I later found out my entire left front tension rod bracket was cracked as well. Thats why in the video you can see the wheel rubbing so bad and causing me to spin out randomly.

The car was getting hard to load up on the feint and wouldn't rotate. You can see in some videos I ride out 3rd gear super long to try and get the car to rotate. more with not very much luck. Low power problems lol. Felt like I drove pretty badly and inconsistently but managed to pull off 5th place. Great day with friends. Two of my good friends came out to practice. 2024_07_07

Went home to Canada and played assetto for the first time in like a year. Driving Meihan irl made me better at sim haha. One thing I notice now is how much more grip you have IRL. Where you enter feels way different, it feels like all the cars on assetto have a lot of momentum.

What kind of set up do you use for the onboard camera?
@@user-mc5fj2le8c I use insta 360 I think it’s the version 2. Some other videos that don’t rotate I use a GoPro hero 4!
