The evolution of the non-Pro color library it's to create a dummy model with all the colors one created in the past saved as “unused”, and using it as the starting point of any new mini. I've done this and it definitely improved my life quality as a forger XD
Yes, I'd like to see "How to create flames* (like those and other types)" ; I've tried many times, but nothing... *I'm talking especially about the flames of the HELL STALKER, a miniature sent by Rainbow during Halloween Contest.
8:56 chadified...a new verb that I learned watching your videos, very good to know I really enjoyed seeing the tricks with the capes, especially the last tip (I used it on my squire hehe). The only thing I would like to advise is how to make Egyptian helmets (the normal helmet is very ugly, I want to make a tomb kingo from warhemmer costume, but it is very difficult). The idea of the beard video also interested me a lot after you mentioned it. And two interesting tips. 1.Using a trombone and the first glitch you try, you can make your hand in the shape of a pistol. 2. Using two minis, one with a skeleton head and one with a decomposed head with a bruised mouth, and enlarging the skeleton head a bit, you can make a skeletal face with flesh and muscles still attached, depending on how you move it. in the measurements of the face, you can make a rotten face with skeletal parts, I think this is useful
Damn right. I'd love to have that too, though I'm not too sure how well the browser would handle it. Over-detailed double models can cause frames to drop even for strong PCs
okay okay THANK YOU FOR THE TUTORIAL ON THE PONCHO TRICK, thanks really it helps- but uh.... do you have the invisible model by itself as a link? it seems all I found in your resources in the description is the dummy with the poncho trick applied, the plain invisible model would be helpful too if you dont mind?
@@Derfholm awesome! and again, thanks for making the tip video, just used the hand detail and that special hand pose you showed with the weight works really well for gun duel poses and grabbing swords off surfaces
Still going through all your videos. Is there a video on how to create invisible or empty model? That would be cool to have or is it just a pro feature? I would imagine this would come in handy for puting extra items on a model if can't manipulate an extra arm or can't get double model arm to do what you want....
Heroforge exists for three purposes: The Wildest Shit You Can Possibly Create Thicc people Froge - Oggnar (Wait, actually, that kinda applies to all art, doesn't it?)
I'm unsure about the hand-glitch. Since the twist-items remain in the Posing section, I imagine when you print, it might just slap a snowball in your hand still .... As for the abomination, uh..
Hand Glitch was *Fixed* 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭
Damn tragedy
@@Derfholm good news is Any model that used it still has it
Got any other tips I ought to include in a future vid like this? Lemme know!
It’s a good day when Derf uploads! 😮
sometimes i use decals to make a harsh shading effect.

If you lose your pro subscription but you saved a bunch of colors, don't worry! All colors you keep are permanently saved into your libraries!

"Babe, wake up, new Derf upload!"
Love the beard trick, so simple, and yet so clever.
Ain't that the truth :D
inspiring, as always. The cloth texturing particularly, so subtle but so worth it.
Cheers Boats :D

The sword fading trick is really clever
Damn, it's Second of the House of Breakfast
You make me want to have 4 models (2 double models) now to add all the tricks to regular double models! It's overkill but I still want the option 🤣
Damn right. I'd love to have that too, though I'm not too sure how well the browser would handle it. Over-detailed double models can cause frames to drop even for strong PCs
The two decal tricks are so classy :3
We love some good ol decal tricks
Always amazed that you can still learn more in Hero Forge. It is indeed a powerful tool! Can't wait for Kitbashing and Face customizer!

Enjoy! :D
that's a great video!, keep making the best hero forge contant on youtube! 🥳
You honour me, thank you!
Damn, the hand tricks are neat!
Happy I was able to give a hand!
Trick #1: use a trombone instead to get a proper pointing finger. I am ABSOLUTELY giddy about this glitch.
Damn that's true
Nice vid as usual ! Could you share the glitched no model link ? Can't find it on the discord

Have you gotten any of your models printed before? That could be an interesting video. Seeing how well the printer handles your masterpieces.
You're right, that would be an interesting video. I'll add that to the list!
