Dang you are so good at the layering of the kitbash to make them look crazy good. I wish I had that kind of talent. I've been struggling just to come up with a decent concept for my Half Elf former cleric turned bard.

Evil faction inspired by the round table could be cool. I think too many people make crazy stuff, so taking it back a notch with knights might be fun.

I know I already commented but it would be awesome to see the "good" empire or kingdom a bunch of dark fantasy citizens and guards.

loved the modles, the swamp monster felt a little underwelming compaired to the old behemoth, its just a tall dude with a parasite, but i may be biased for loving giant ass monsters

Amazing work! I just really started playing with Hero Forge, mostly to make models for "Trench Crusade", and stumbled upon you channel. It's in this video alone I've learned so many new things that I didn't know Hero Forge could do.

I am just in AWE of what you can do with kitbashing. I think i try to be too literal with my models to be realistic and adding all their gear., like backpacks, but maybe I should just do an idealize or simple version of model.

I have a idea for the item the swampwalker would drop its the thing he holds the greatmace of flame.The flame lights up the dark dank swamp it does 1d8 bludgening and 1d8 burn damage

You can make a flying insectoid . That carries the parasite ,when the player encounters it .And are bit by it ! They save for poison/non . If poisoned, in three days a puss filed boil begins to rise at the spot of the bite. (The Player starts to hear a voice telling them to kill and feed on flash. Also they began to having visons of other locations. Seeing thru the other parasite, kind of like a hive mind.) Note to the player. (And alerting the other parasites' ,too player location. The hag has the cure ? So do you bargen with the hag ,or kill her and hope she wrote it down. The player has 2 weeks, too cure the infection or lose their self to the parasite. ) GM Note. Can you make a wererat/were beast video ? I tried, but don't have the ability to stretch the nose of the mouse folk .

Your models are fantastic, I love every one of them! I just wish to have them a bit more contrast in color, so the details stand out a bit more. Now many of the details blend into each other and are not really visible (especially the bogling, hag and swamp monster). If you just look at the swamp monster, you could totally miss the bogling on their shoulder. Maybe some violet or dark red mushrooms or emerald green vines would help?

I'd quite like to see some kinda desert themed empire.

I love your faction builds, they've given me a lot of inspiration for my builds/dnd games. That being said, a classic knight vs goblin faction build would be incredible with your style added onto it. Great video as always, Happy new year

I know how much you hate elves so I would love to see your take on elves, make something you like rather than just pretty character number 5.

Cyberpunk would be more inline with your tastes I feel, gritty grimy street punks or heavily armored and augmented corpo security officers.

Dude! You gotta run Curse of Strahd. Would absolutely adore to see your take on a lot of the characters. Like Izek with his demonic arm or Van Richten the monster hunter and esmarelda his associate and apprentice, the night hags, Kiril and Emil the werewolves, the different Vampire brides Volenta, Ludmila and Anastrasia, Rahadin and Strahd himself!

I personally find easier to pose them from the pose menu. Next time you could go for some samuraish themed stuff, to vary from knights ^^ Or trying your hand at inanimate objects XD

So, regarding skirts and them expanding due to adding clothing, you don't actually need to add a new KBO for it, you can just edit the skirt you add as a clothing piece. Also, I know that everyone and their mother (including me) wants you to do sci-fi models, but if you do, don't call them sci-fi if they are just space fantasy (which are fine, it's just that I do get tired when the term "sci-fi" gets misused).

Love the knight figure, but the bottom half of his figure is a bit empty, no? Also, there are literally countless of good/better color combos out there that you can pick from. Red and blue is getting absolutely tiring to look at.

I know you still have sci fi to do but perhaps you could create a handful of models for a religious order consisting of priests, healers, paladins, inquisitors, the pope, etc. As for the religious flavor that would obviously be up to you but perhaps something similar to the Church of the Eternal Fire from the Witcher could be a good fit for the setting you are world building.
