When can I Exercise After Prolapse Surgery?

We are going to talk about how you know if it is safe to return to exercise after a prolapse surgery. Basically we need to make sure of 3 things first:
1. Your pelvic floor is strong enough
2. Your pelvic floor is coordinated with your core
3. You know how to use that coordination with exercise
We are going to talk about how to do each of these. These concepts are also the same if you are someone with a prolapse who has not had surgery, and would like to exercise.

Thank you so much!!! I am about 11 weeks post prolapse and hysterectomy surgery I don’t have mesh or graft. They tacked everything up to my sacral ligaments so scared !! But just started doing my yoga again very basic but part of it was forward folds and child’s pose. Just want to know if these poses are safe for me.

Not likely to 100%, but some can get rid of 100% of their symptoms :)

Is it ever safe to have sex after prolapse? Will I return to regular body function peeing pooping? Can I care for my dog she’s a tough dog she pulls on leash she strong?
