    Inspired by Arthur’s story, I started DDP Yoga 4years ago to heal my neck pain from a gym injury 10yrs ago.
    In one month I was seeing improvements, within 6mths the pain had completely disappeared!
    I’ve never stopped doing Yoga since. Thx DDP🙏🏼

    At work I was thrown off of a Train while making a shove years ago. An event in which I received 2 compression fractures. DDP yoga was the single greatest tool I had to gain length and strength back in my posture and height. In fact it kept me working with no time off and still being able to recover from those injuries.

    Works for my back , I have a blow disk between L5 &S1 I've been dealing with for over 20 years and this helps more than the doctor and chiropractor ever have.

    I love DDPYoga. I have an arm injury and potentially another wrist surgery, but I modify everything. Right now I am doing mostly the Red Hot Core, for my abs and recovery of back pain after a Hysterectomy last July 2017. I feel stronger, am focused, and my moods even improved because I am taking care of me. I LOVE how the core work gives me the strength to sit tall, walk tall, and feel whole again. Thank you!

    Nothing has helped, getting harder to walk. I'm hearing some amazing stories, people DDP has helped. Not to mention his injury. I'm sold. We all know it sucks to be crippled , restricted. I had to recently totally change my life. I hope this can help me get some if not most back?

      Hey has it helped?? DDP seems like a great guy and remember watching him back in the day on WCW before he was wrestling when he was a manager and seeing all these stories makes me believe my big ass needs this especially since my knee and back are starting to hurt more now that I’m getting older

    Fractured 4 vertebrae and currently still have one vertebrae that is still fractured. 3 lumbar and my T7 that was fractured and deformed. Its been really hard for me to do things in general wether it be driving or just doing chores around the house. Have a long history of medical problems and now at 31 years old i feel like im 80 years old. I was really wondering if this could possibly help me.

    What if just doing the energy workout makes the back pain worse. I've been told by doctors that doing (fold forward) and (cobra) should be avoided if you have a disc issue. I don't know what move is causing the pain to get worse, but I haven't been able to get past the energy workout (without getting an epidural steroid injection) and I bought the dvd's 3 years ago

    • @PamelaThorsonNikodem
      @PamelaThorsonNikodem 6 лет назад +9

      It made it feel worse at first, but it took the pain away, the more I took time to do the work out correctly. Watch your form, do not PUSH past the level you can go, and each day, try a little further. It helps...and if you can't do the cobra, then do the Cat while you wait, or go into safety zone...let it heal slowly. MODIFY...modify...modify...make it your own as DDP says...

    • @bridget1540
      @bridget1540 6 лет назад +3

      I avoid the fold forward also, especially with straight legs, also. My doctor also said forward bends and twists were to be avoided. It sounds like you are still have a lot of pain. If I were you, I'd focus on just plain walking for awhile. Walking helps heal. Then add in the ddp yoga slowly and gently a bit at a time.

    • @kloozman
      @kloozman 6 лет назад +2

      I've been to physical therapy 3 different times and the exercises aggravate the pain so bad I have to stop. The only thing that has helped so far is after I get an injection, then I feel fantastic for a couple of months and can do all of the ddp exercises without any pain. I have bulging and slipped discs impinging nerves. I just don't see how these workouts can stop your pain if your nerves are aggravated

    • @dubla321
      @dubla321 6 лет назад +2

      Fuzz Lord PT does nothing for nerve pain. i have 3 buldging disk 1 in my meck mid back and lower back and 12 weeks of pt did nothing for me. eventually i got use to the pain this was 10 years ago. but diet and moderate exercise have helped. i do a lot of standing in place at my job and it kills my neck and mid back. i cannot run anymore other than casual rough housing w my kids. it sucks because i loved running as a kid. the more weight i lose the better i feel tho. not initially but after it feels nice i sleep better. dont give up on your dreams. you can live pain free

      Did you try decompression with a chiropractor? Sometimes the shots mask the cause of the pain.
      My drs would say its progressing as expected and said I would be in a walker/ wheel chair. Im too vain for that. I tried a chiropractor as last resort/ironic joke

      Pro Wrestlers when injured have access to the BEST docs, physios and related professions, DDP has aspects of physiotherapy, callasithetics, Yoga and rehab - AND has been put together by someone who has walked the walk. In other words this is drawn from highly qualified sources, this is why it is getting very good results.
