garip bir kanal You've seen the video, right? Guy can even run now and might have more control over his movement than many people his age, yet if he'd given up he would still be in a wheelchair. Life is not fair, we all have a different starting position in it, some are born into wealthy families and get everything since birth, some don't even have health, and many encounter severe hurdles during their lives, the kind of moments when you feel like your life is over and you're ready to give up. But the thing is that if you do give up then yeah, it will never be better, but if you don't... then you might fail anyway, but then you need to get up again, and again, until you've overcome the problem. In the end you will not only gain better life, but also lots of inner strength and unique outlook on life. And the moment the other people who have never seriously struggled in their life face their first real obstacle, that moment you'll be ahead of them because while they'll have no idea how to deal with it you'll still have the mentality of a fighter 👌 Never give up people, never ❤️

@@oatstealer5075 you will always be behind if you dont move or do anything to get out of the situation. Struggles and difficulties are always part of improvement, its not a one shot thing and boom everything you want in life is right in front of you. This is not a competition against other person, you aim to improve yourself day by day. If there's any competition its against yourself. Aim to be better than what you are yesterday.

@@beekarinsaan I've had a couple of times where I went in, they told me I had X problem saying I need prescription meds, later looking up alternatives online I find out there are other options instead of taking medication A, B, or C.
My last doctors visit about 2 months ago. Did labs, they tell me I'm prediabetic now and my T is a little low, wanted to put me on Testosterone shots (I'm in my mid/late 30's and a recovering 15 year heroin addict so my body's kind of out of wack), asked him if there was any other way as I've heard there are side effects that, although not WILL but MAY happen, still I'd rather not take the chances as they include man-tits, acne, bad breath...
A few days later as I'm looking up alternatives online and I find out about Intermittent Fasting. The basic idea is that you can eat (a balanced meal, you don't have to starve yourself) for X hours of the 24 hour day and the other Y hours you fast, and sleeping _includes_ your fasting hours.
There's a 12:12 fast which means you eat normally 12 hours of the day and the other 12 is just water and sleep. Then there's a 10:14 where you eat within 10 hours of the day and fast the other 14. And then there's 8:16, again, eat within 8 h of the day and fast 16 (the one I'm working up to...
The thing is that the longer your fast is the greater health benefits you can gain.
I'm just getting into it but the idea is that when you DON'T eat your body goes into a super repair mode where (while on a balanced meal plan and exercises) when you workout while IF your body shifts into a metabolism and hormonal change where your efforts and multiplied than when you normally workout.
There are other IF methods but the ones I mentioned seem the most attainable and easiest to follow through with.
Not to mention it's supposed to raise T levels for men whether or not you suffer from low T, your sleep is supposed to improve, your brain also benefits with your mood elevating. And while you have to have a balanced diet you don't have to be on a super strict diet, it helps for those that want to get "ripped" but it's accommodating enough that you can slowly change with ease.
The best part is that I'm not putting meds into my system worrying about side effects.
After 2 months working out 4-7 days of the week I lost about 5-7 lbs (from 200lbs) but I've lost a lot of mass, besides the fact that I can see the gains this means I'm trading fat for muscle. It's great.

My son just sent this to me.
I am a disabled veteran. (40 yrs young) lived in pain for 22 years.
My time in the service left me riddled with Osteoarthritis ( severe left hip, left knee and mild right knee)
I have degenerative disc disease in my lower back. My left hip needs to be replaced. I am no longer allowed to run or jump. No high impact activity.
At times, I too want to hang it up and accept my life the way it is.
Putting on socks on the left foot or clipping my left toe nails is extremely painful and challenging.
After watching this inspirational video, I want to get up and doing more physiotherapy stretches. It motivates me to do more.
    Thank you.

This video changed my life. I was a lifetime alcoholic, in terrible shape. I finally managed to get sober but still wasn't really enjoying life. Then I found this, and it gave me just enough hope that I started doing DDP Yoga, that led to me starting to enjoy moving my body. I started walking, and ended up moving to Yoga With Adriene just for the calmer vibes, but 5 years later I still regularly do yoga. Coming back to this video, probably 10 years after I first watched it. I'm in a different place now than where I was a decade ago and I really needed to see this. While outwardly people see that I've gained 50lbs in a year, what they don't see is the mental place I've been in that caused that, and how much harder it is to do the simplest tasks when being this much heavier. 11 days ago I began walking daily again on a treadmill followed by either an upper or lower body strength & flexibility workout depending on the day. My goal is to regain the mobility, strength & balance that I've lost. I can't wait to be the person I once was. Watching this video again has reminded me that my goals are entirely possible. Thank you for keeping this video up.

The transformation is amazing. It’s really put my lame excuses for not being fit and healthy into perspective. Thanks you for the wake up call. Choose life!
