I watched the documentary on A&E a few weeks ago about DDP and Jake the Snake. These 2 guys were my heroes as a kid. I never knew how intertwined their lives were. I cried often watching both because I saw so many echoes of my own struggles. Im 40 and a recovered meth addict. Today through martial arts, yoga, and a lot of God I am living my best life. DDP you are still my hero brother, always will be. Thank you for life. The difference between average and extraordinary is what we do.
I've done yoga for 35 years (taught for almost 20 years now), everything from Ashtanga to Bikram/Ghosh to Kundalini and Yin, and I feel nothing but love and respect for this man. He helps so many people and he seems to genuinely care. That's about as yogic as it gets, and yoga means yoke, as in "to join or union." In that sense, it's yoga alright. He's joining many supportive, strengthening and empowering techniques. Namaste, brother.
You can do it Pablo. ☺ Believe in yourself and listen to your own inner voice. You control your life. Stay close to people that motivate you. You're rebuilding with the best tools. DDPY people are very supportive. We are all in it together. 😀
its good bro. Ive done it. Stopped my lower back pain. Like everything else though, hard to stick to...... those are the demons in your head you have to sort out too!
The yoga is NO joke! I have been a wrestling fan for years and in the younger days tried some of the moves. Fast forward years and I found some poses I like and I have NOT gravitated from those. It's when I try new ones I end up sidelined. So now after my workouts I don't sweat, let the yoga stretching start and I'm drenched! I have had back issues for years so yoga and pilates have been working. Thank you SO much for standing strong against the nay sayers! You are partially responsible for me coming back to yoga. Thank you also for being such an inspiration!
Modification of the postures is key, I have done this numerous rehabs from back disc injuries. Nothing compared to what DDP has achieved. Minimal joint impact is another key. You have to keep moving, but you can't have impact. Another exercise I would add is work in the pool, swimming, water running etc. Decompression of the spine and flexing the spine gently, engages healing of the disc. Be careful and gradual is way.
Of all of the home fitness systems, I firmly believe this one is absolutely the best one for your overall health. From your muscles to your joints. It goes from the beginner workout, that is actually pretty darn tough the first time you do it, all the way to the Extreme Psycho workout, which absolutely kicks your ass, even if you're in shape. It took ten years off my joints. I will say, though, that to get the most out of it, you need to really understand the mind muscle connection, and you need to be honest with yourself. You are responsible for the dynamic resistance. If you aren't flexing as hard as you can, you won't maximize the program's potential. If you really put everything you have into flexing your muscles as you are going through the workouts, you will cut up, lose weight, and your muscles will harden up. I think everyone should do it. I incorporate DDP Yoga into my weekly workout regiment three times a week, and I've been doing it for five years. I can't recommend it enough.
@@piccledice7086 I question that part of it. I've done ddp yoga on and off for a good while. It won't bulk u up like weights do, but it will give u muscle in a different format. LEAN muscle mass, NOT bulky muscle mass. if you create your own resistance, it can replace weights, but again it won't bulk u up, just lean you out by your muscles toning up
My hubby and and I are 43 and had back injuries in the last 3 years. He had surgery and has been in so much pain that work is impossible. We have been doing DDP Rehab stand strong for 3 weeks. I feel so good after a video that I am going to do this before work (I have also practiced some of the moves at work when my back starts hurting!). I have tried other yoga tapes before but love this spin on it! My husband loves that sometimes I call this ddp yogurt on accident. Keep going. This is our time!
"Just remember: if you say you can, or you say you can't.... You're right!"-DDP This workout is some of the most intense/relaxing things you can do. Yeah I said it. BANG!
His program is actually really good. Thought it was kinda hoaky getting a yoga based workout from a wrass-ler. But DDPYoga has helped me the most out of all the other programs I've tried.

I think he is saying something important and Big Think are right in giving him a platform. He is saying the human body can heal itself given the right means to do so. Yoga is a proven method of achieving maximum performance from the body, using the power of the mind to assist specific movement, without causing training injuries.I have witnessed a man in late middle age, Yoga enthusiast, perform a horizontal body position, balancing on his hands. It requires incredible focused strength and balance. If this gentleman is able to encourage men to try Yoga and improve their health and sense of well being, then he should be congratulated.
I'm a 57 year old male. I'm not is bad shape. I'm a cyclist, fairly active. But I see myself gaining weight each year. I'm ending 2018 at 200 pounds at 6 feet tall. My body aches every day, tightness etc. I tried yoga once and hated it. Last night, I came across this video looking for core strength for cyclist. Honestly, I haven't watch pro wrestling since the early 70's with Haystacks and Bobo Brazil. In the 90's I thought it was too flashy/fake and never watched. So, I've never heard of DDP (sorry brother). When this video started, I thought he was a hyped up salesman. But something told me to continue watching. I binged watched all night lying in bed thinking of a Veteran friend of mine who is disabled because of his back. I watched your disabled veteran videos and cried like a baby. I've shared that video set with him. And I just purchased the workout DVDs and am starting today with the app! 2019 is going to be different for me and I hope my friend buys the DVD's as well. My wife is shocked that I bought yoga DVD's (I told her not to call it yoga). But she will be on this journey as well. Thanks for transforming and saving all the lives that you have.
DDP Yoga cured my chronic fatigue, I was never overweight injured or depressed just exhausted 24/7 physically. Now i work out twice a day and im way more pleasant to live with according to my wife.
I like listening to this guy. Sure I like the scientists, that's the reason I subscribed but this guy talks about very different issues and explains things well.
I was thinking that too. This guy is more engaging, entertaining, insightful, thought-provoking and realistic than a lot of the egg-heads who dominate this channel.
He's the Huck Finn of Big Think for me: he's really ingenuous and clever for figuring this out pretty much all on his own, but he's got that likable everyday "manly" man personality as well that makes him much more charismatic than a lot of the people who talk on this channel.
What makes him great is his genuine personal experience and transformation leading to his success as a fitness leader. He's taken something viewed as wimpy by macho 'murican' guys and brought it to the masses. He understands the science AND wastes no time waxing poetic about untested idealistic BS. This channel needs more stoic realists and fewer 'MA in BS' motivational speakers.
Thank you Dallas for keep in your friends at heart and not being a selfish person!you done amazing things with Jake and Ramon, thank you brother for keeping our heroes healthy!
I'm in a fan for a long time I was one of the few of my friends who recognized him as the driver of a Cadillac on a pay-per-view from long ago. watching the inspirational video of a man who used to be a mirror image of what I am now. the story is very inspiring and it gives you hope. God bless and keep this man and all the hard work that it took to become what he hoped and DDP said he would be. DDP you are the you are the man speaking of hole and you are an inspiration to those of us who are lost it's very rare that someone is a Beacon of Hope and I hope to one day be as Brave as he was and still is and I hope one day I can do something similar and I hope to find some guidance like he did DDP this just goes to show that not only were you a champion ring but you are a champion in life and the true champion makes new champions and through your work experience and yoga more bringing a light to the darkness that is being hurt or disabled. For all of you thinking of trying out DDPyoga. I would highly recommend. Ever since using the program, I have lost weight, strengthen my core and Increase my flexibility ten fold. Plus the program is great for people who have injuries and cant do a normal workout. Most of the workouts are 20-30mins with the most you would spend is an hour.If you follow the workouts and change eating habits that are not just good for you but actually taste good( he said dont eat healthy food that dont taste good) then you will see results.
Dear Mr Page, I love watching the people who have successfully lost the weight on your program... I am an almost 60 yr old woman who is at least 350 pounds. I am on disability due to many things depression being one of the major ones. I have diabetes and arthritis in both knees ( bone on bone) Due to some of these factors even going out for a walk is dang near impossible. Some days just getting out of bed or up from a chair is excruciating. Being on disability puts me in an income bracket that cannot afford to buy your videos but I want to express how glad I am that you are able to help so many. There are a lot out there far worse off than I am and people like you are that miracle they need. Please keep up the good work!

DDP was a childhood hero for many of us watching the bouts, cheering on and such... So many of these guys wen't corporate, never to be seen again and that's how we remember them, as these larger than life characters fighting insane battles for our amusement. Here's this guy using his fame, knowledge and everything he learned during his career to start a business and actually help people... Talk about translating from stage to reality, that's what a true hero is. A guy using his skills to better his surroundings. Hats off dude...I'm totally doing this...
Thankyou, so glad your back in health....yoga...means union of body, mind and spirit. Sadly a lot of modern day yoga tutors, appear to concentrate on postures and not on mental spiritual inner self. I had a back injury with many years of nursing, causing stress on my lower back. Yoga helped me, so l enrolled in a yoga teaching course. Like you l found it mind blowing. Attitude your so right. So pleased your helping others. Universal love to you and viewers. Never say never to yourself or another. It's gross annihilation of who you really are. A being inhabiting a physical body. Aumay 🙂
This guy is a master marketer, he turned a Big Think into a sales opportunity for his brand. This kind of mastery comes from wrestling. It takes a tremendous amount of skill to be a wrestler of any notoriety. You first need to be in great shape. You need to be an actor, a marketer, an acrobat, a dancer, theatrical skills. This is why it was no problem whatsoever for The Rock to become an actor. He did nothing that he wasn't already doing.
When Stone Cold was in a movie, his costars couldn't believe how easily he was able to remember his lines. Since wrestlers usually don't get a second take, they have to nail it and it carried over into film
Thank you DDP for the DDPYoga. Awesome, Now I know what was missing from Yoga, I have always tried to like it but never could stick with it, mainly because I never got the results I wanted nor the right feelings. DDP is great super fantastiic and I love all the success stories. I'm a beginner never to quit! Thanks your super and slicing and dicing has given me some new great ideas for salads, it helps!I have the DDPYoga app and I am ready to begin.
I'm 33 M. I did the intermediate course for the last 12 weeks on an iPhone. Back problems, sore joints, stiffness, and dad bod weight - all gone. You'll notice a change in your body after one workout.
I have ruptured l4 and 5 as well. I respect anyone that overcomes that, esp those who r spend their time and effort helping others do the same. Yoga does help my back pain some. But it can be unbearable. I wish I could meet and chat with ddp personally
Thank you sir, I've got some sort of atrophy going on which the doctors are trying to figure out. Best wishes, love and respect to you and everyone else, JC from England.
Minimal Joint Impact ... important words for all of us mid-to-late-30s males whose bodies are not producing the testosterone they did in our teens and 20s. I used to be a compulsive runner (mostly for the endorphan high it gave me) but the wear-and-tear on my knees/back/hamstrings/quads/etc forced me to take up brisk walking + biking + yoga instead. Those with repetitive strain injuries have everything to gain by incorporating yoga into their regimen. I'm sure we'll be seeing more people of DDP's ilk finding this age-old practice in the latter half of their lives. I was 25 when I first tried yoga and it was an instant "click."
This was so inspirational. I also had an opportunity to BELIEVE in myself years ago.@ supposed nothing accident evolved into paralysis of my right leg, use of a wheelchair, then walker, spinal and a mild brain injury, fibromyalgia and years of horrible pain. I was told I would not be getting better. I am about to open my business coaching people to eliminate their limiting beliefs.I walk, no longer have fibro, pain is reduced to only something on occasion and is brought on when I have walked more than 2.5 kms and I will soon be 69 years old. The brain injury ? I returned to college at 40 and became a psychotherapist and will shortly graduate again with a ton more skills. Next .... get fit ! I am inspired and I believe I can shed the 60 pounds I have carried for years and once again be limber and fit. I believe in me. All I need to do is look at where self-belief has gotten me over these past 27 years. Love this video, it's so inspiring.
Love this guy. And “how did you make money in this industry?”? The answer is authenticity. Open to new deals? That’s great. Knowing who you really are and not losing sight of that? Priceless.
I used to watch wresting when my husband was alive. He preferred weights and track to yoga, but got a laugh out of outlasting me in plank positions. My doctors don't want me teaching yoga any more because of the compression fractures in my thoracic spine, the brachial plexus palsy in my left shoulder and the damage to my spinal cord from a recent auto accident. This morning I was feeling like home made crap. You inspired me to ask my physical therapist if your program is safe for me.
Why would you ask your physical therapist? What can he tell you? You've seen and heard all the positive things. I wouldn't trust a doctor anymore for any amount of money! Remember, they are in BUSINESS to make MONEY!!!! Not to cure you of anything.. they "treat" not "cure".
DDP: Congratulations with your success with DDP Yoga! I met you several times in the past. Once at a physical therapy center in Marietta (in the late 90s - you were still wrestling), and once at the airport, when you were coming back from being in a movie in South America.
Its called living 90%. Owning your life. 10% of your life is external, the crazy stuff that happens to you that you can't control. Living 90% is being in control of how you react and take action throughout your life...this man IS the real deal and is changing peoples lives...
It goes to show when you humble your heart and surrender to God. He simply gives you the answers be still I am the Lord. DDP YOGA is no accident. It's a gift from God that He uses through DDP to help others.
I just subscribed, only because you talk bout combining Rehab moves. I have been disabled since 1999, lost my nursing ER job due to spinal injuries and now brittle bones. I need your hope that I can feel more fit. And do it slowly at a pace " I " can and not feel useless.
You've inspired me. I'm ex boxer caught pneumonia and sepsis, heeded heart valve transplant after I spent a week in ICU. My life went down hill. I've put on about 10 stone, now I'm so fat I can't run and it has impacted my ability to exercise. I DON’T WANNA DIE
I’m going to try it. I was in a car wreck it busted up my L5 I had surgery and never really recovered from it. I ended up loosing my job of 18 years now I’m on disability and my wife works so hard just to make ends meet I feel helpless at times. I was so made at the kid that ran a stop sign and hit me. But we just can’t go back in time so I finally have forgiven him and I really want to move forward. My average wait was 220 but today I’m at 320 I have tried exercises but man the pain in my back just herts. Maybe this will work for me too.
I'm loving the workout, I lost 80 pounds from last year, I got addicted doing DDP Yoga I try to do it 5 or 6 times a week, I still do my 15k steps walking a day.
As a martial artist I am going through a similar experience. I never thought much of Yoga until recently. And I can honestly say I wish I had gotten into it sooner. I definitely recommend anyone looking for a natural way of getting a healthier body to try it out. For anybody interested I want to highly recommend you check out the book "Light on Yoga". The Author B.K.S. Iyengar has been one of the world's leading teachers of yoga for over 70 years and is internationally recognized as a leading authority of hatha yoga.
Just started I messed my legs and back in the military I never gained alot of weight but I'm having mobility and energy issues so I hope this combined with the healthy eating I've always done will help so far i feel alot better.
I wonder if it will help me, is there hope??? I have sciatica, and severe spinal stenosis!! I am in constant pain .. Its nearly. Impossible to try to lifetime my legs to even walk. Its like trying to lift them through cement!!! This would be a miracle for me!!!
Ava Owens You don’t know me but I sincerely believe it will help you. I’ve been a nurse for 20 and I’ve had a cervical sprain injury that has bothered me for years. My arm would go numb and I was in excruciating pain. I also have a knee that was so bad I was in a brace and could go up or down stairs. I am able to do DDPY. I was afraid of aggravating my injuries but with modifications to the workout, it actually strengthened me. Just like DDP, I found it helped me heal. Got to his website and watch Arthur’s story and you will never again think “ This is impossible!”
I have a degenerative disc and have had mild to severe pain since 2014. 3 weeks in to ddp yoga and am not pain free but it is helping. If you have back pain I recommend trying it.
After watching the video "Never, Ever Give Up. Arthur's Inspirational Transformation!" and how DDP Yoga impacted his life... I can't make any excuses that I don't totally feel like a piece of crap for making. I haven't even looked at your website or if you offer a video training program or any type of inspirational products, but I am about too... I share some of the issues ( on a much smaller scale than Arthur) and I need help. I've only slept 5 hours in the past week according to my watch and sit up in bed every night in pain from arthritis and now gout. This all just happened recently and I want to do a transformation video for my family and grandkids. I just think it will make it easier for them to learn to be more active and not go down the couch potato life I have lived. It's going to suck getting started at 50, but I'm not ready to go down yet!
Awesome advice! When I talk about this to my friends, family members, coworkers, etc... I'll make sure to let them know the difference between Yoga and DDP Yoga, and that you might not mind them calling it "Yoga" around you, but if they're around any of your workers, employees, and followers, to make sure none of them hear any of my friends, family members, or coworkers call DDP Yoga just Yoga lol.
Look, it's Jesse Pinkman on steroids! Loved this video. Got here from the Arthur vid, which I think will always be the most inspirational thing I'll ever see. Me -- 68 years old -- twin hip replacements, twin knee replacements, lower back in a cage, titanium plate in my neck, 100 pounds overweight, 50-year pack-a-day smoker, 7 weeks cold-turkey-quit ... now inspired. I don't think I need my mama's yoga! Thanks, man. I wanna live!
This is small potatoes compared to what this guy was dealing with. But i managed to fracture both of my arms in a 14 months apart. And decided to wing-it with the healing process. ( No rehab) needless to say, im paying for it now. Doing the yoga now. First week in. No lie. STRUGGLIN...

Why are you yelling?
DDP....You're a good man brother! INSPIRATIONAL!!! I thank you SIR!!!
DDP is anlways will be The Shining Star of My Youth!!!

Wow....that made me dizzy. You got a new follower for sure. Thank you so much for sharing this with me, Sir.
DDP: *...AND HULK IT UP, BROTHER!!!*
Me, doing this stretch with DDP, dying laughing
Embrace the yoga! Thanks for bringing more people to the yoga world. Namaste!
I am literally tingling from head to foot! Inspire me again! (Hits replay) ❤ thank you for sharing your message!
Feel the bang, Brother!
I love his spirit!
That exercise that he demonstrates is really intense! Imma check out his Yoga program!
I respect this man very much , thank you for all you do .
DDP is all heart✌️N♥️ Champ
he's inspired people but what got me is he tells the truth ...about himself , his approach ... the program most of all
I'm 33 M. I did the intermediate course for the last 12 weeks on an iPhone. Back problems, sore joints, stiffness, and dad bod weight - all gone. You'll notice a change in your body after one workout.
I actually did that finger exercise with him and it does feel amazing I was going 'Wow''
Yea I just finished doing it and man what a exercise.. and just by sitting in my chair lol
It felt friggin epic man!
This actually is completely mind blowing. I’m going to do this again.
Those DVDs are worth every penny!! I'd pay twice what they are asking. Current and former military and their spouses get 40% off!!!
DDP Yoga has changed my life!
I have ruptured l4 and 5 as well. I respect anyone that overcomes that, esp those who r spend their time and effort helping others do the same. Yoga does help my back pain some. But it can be unbearable. I wish I could meet and chat with ddp personally
Somethings happen by an accident, other things happen by design. Everything happens for a reason even if somethings can't be explained. Thank you DDP
Love this video, it's so inspiring.
this was the most interesting and amazing way of saying that being different can be your greatest asset 🤙
Love this guy.
And “how did you make money in this industry?”?
The answer is authenticity. Open to new deals? That’s great. Knowing who you really are and not losing sight of that? Priceless.
I started DDP Yoga and love it. Thank you DDP!
Awesome Brother ! Happy New Year to everyone, yuppers, I cried..
Holy Shit Thank You for perhaps saving my life! ~ I'm tearing up right now! I will checkin later on my new Journey.
Patron2112 how did it go
do you need some tissues?
Well... what's up?!
I've just clicked on this as vince transformation led me, I have yo say you've inspired me as I suffer from bad joints,so I'm going to start DDPyoga
I think you are very inspiring DDP and I can't wait to get my program in the mail.
Love the DDP yoga , doing it on a keto diet going well DDP is the man .....
It goes to show when you humble your heart and surrender to God. He simply gives you the answers be still I am the Lord. DDP YOGA is no accident. It's a gift from God that He uses through DDP to help others.
Thanks! FIRST inspire me...DDP YOGA 2019!
I enjoy DDP. The only excercise I've kept at. Feel so much better. Thank you !!!
THANK INDIA 🇮🇳 FOR ORGINAL VERSION🤣
I just subscribed, only because you talk bout combining Rehab moves. I have been disabled since 1999, lost my nursing ER job due to spinal injuries and now brittle bones. I need your hope that I can feel more fit. And do it slowly at a pace " I " can and not feel useless.
Love this man he gets people that don't have no hope of losing weight to lose weight..
Try homeopathy and natural foods... But death is reality even if someone has 1000 years of lifespan he will die even after 1000 years
Damn it, I'm sold.
DDP did an amazing work , and helped a veteran with his yoga.
Any update on this?
How did it work out for you?
Your videos have inspired me, thank you very much.
DDP your the best!!
DDP: "It's not called Yoga.'
Vince: "It's not pro wrestling. Pro wrestling is what my dad did.."
I see what you did there.
I'll start today. Thank you!
I have a degenerative disc and have had mild to severe pain since 2014. 3 weeks in to ddp yoga and am not pain free but it is helping. If you have back pain I recommend trying it.
Dude I love this guy
DDP us very down to earth
I love DDP!!!!
wow thats amazing im sold lol time to get started.
Damn, DDP would make a great coach for a fighter
This guy seems like a angel.
Yes, The Diamond Cutter!
I got my subscription yesterday… cuz I am a superstar 💕💜💕
Thank you. My friend and I are going to do this together. Thank you for your inspiration!
One of my fav Big thinks.
Kind of like if we were in Europe not to let any of the residents there hear us call football/futbol soccer :)
This is hella funny haha. Well the end part. I like it.
Dude, I freakin' love this
How did he succeed in a world so competitive? Hundreds of millions worth of brand recognition behind him.
He became his own brand as well, then just sold sold sold.
Ddp yoga and Wim Hoff breathing techniques with ice baths , ! Let the healing begin !
How can anybody give a thumps down is nuts
Thankyou
Look, it's Jesse Pinkman on steroids!
Loved this video. Got here from the Arthur vid, which I think will always be the most inspirational thing I'll ever see. Me -- 68 years old -- twin hip replacements, twin knee replacements, lower back in a cage, titanium plate in my neck, 100 pounds overweight, 50-year pack-a-day smoker, 7 weeks cold-turkey-quit ... now inspired. I don't think I need my mama's yoga! Thanks, man. I wanna live!
I'm tempted.
He really is inspiring.
