Great pattern! I’ll be making this for my grandmother. Also your videos are so relaxing, it’s like crochet asmr 😊
I'm loving this pattern!! I've finally jumped on the market bag bandwagon, and my mind is swirling with ideas to use it for. These are so much prettier than grocery store plastic bags to keep my smaller projects in. I have a lot of cotton yarn, so will be making a few more. Thank you for sharing your talent!! 💜🐈💜
This is an excellent tutorial. I have never made a market bag. Having watched this video, I will now do so. Thank you for showing us how to do this.
Your patterns & videos are wonderful. Thank you
You are so welcome!
Love this lavender market bag. Thanks for sharing, Sarah.
I’m working on my third bag now. The first one I did I used the same yarn and colors as the tutorial. Now that I see how it works I’m using cotton yarns that I’ve had in my stash-perfect!
I am not fan to doing bags in crochet but your pattern is gorgeous and I will made one for each of my two daughters 😉😊👍❤😼
Beautiful colors and pattern. Thank you for sharing.
You’re welcome 😊
I love that you work over your ends. I never weave in ends if I don’t have to. I always work over my ends.
Beautiful bag!
Thank you! 😊
Beautiful, I love it! Love those colors too. They've become so popular lately.
This was a fun tutorial! I will be making three of these for my Girls as Christmas gifts. They will be filled with goodies and stuff! Thank you ♥
That’s a great idea. I have three great nieces that I will be surprising with a bag of two of their favorite colors! 😊
Thank You for this tutorial. The only issue I had was realizing there is two rows of HDC in the 3 loop. It would of been easier if round 6 was round 1 on the color change. I made this with Lion Brand 24/7 Cotton and it's lovely.
I made the same realization when I got to that part, I had to read and re-read the written pattern until the lightbulb came on. There are two rows in a row of HDC in the back loop.
I love those colors. Sooooo pretty!
I just love your bags. Your color choices are always so beautifully put together. I will have to go and get some cotton yarn tomorrow. I believe Michael’s is having a yarn sale. If their sale is over I’m sure Joann’s is having one.
Lovely bag
Mistakes were made…but I finished and love it. The variety of stitches yields a really interesting texture. Your video instructions are easy to follow and it’s helpful to be able to refer to the print version. Thanks.
Wow all your bags is so beautiful wow very good job
All your bag is very beautiful wow great job
Thank you
You always have great video tutorials. Your voice is soothing and welcoming. I wish I could ((((((hug))))) for your spirit. These hooks people, get one, they are totally the Bomb for every type of yarn. ❤😊
I'm currently working this bag, I'm on the last white stripe before getting to the handle. So far I've made a few boo boos, first being my gauge is waaaaay off. I've used almost two balls of the white yarn and will have to break into ball #3 to finish this. I'm using an ergonomic wooden hook and I already crochet loosely. Then I had a hard time discovering that there are two rows in a row of HDC in the back loop, I had to read that a bunch of times before I got it lol. The last mistake I made was I put this project down for several days, and when I picked it back up, it was inside out and I worked like a row and a half before noticing. I also am unsure when to make the stitch in the same stitch as joining, I know I did on some and not on others, oh well!!! I'm not good at doing rounds and don't understand the classic or correct way to do them. What I love about these patterns is it takes me away from the beginner patterns and challenges me to work on more intermediate projects :)
hi just found your channel and you got a new subcriber 😊happy easter to you 😊thanks
Just a note for those about start on this lovely bag: get 2 balls of color A to make the bag as shown. I was almost out of yarn A when the first color change came around.
Going to make this pretty bag again, as several people have expressed interest in owning it😊
I love the tutorial. I am using HL cotton. It is not going to finish this pattern. The solid color is 180 yards and the other color is 155 yards. Upsetting to say the least.
I love this bag, thanks for sharing it with us. Please could you tell me, why is it thatat the begining of every round the first batch of stitches is the same as the last round, then you increase by one dbc.? Thank you
Hello, beautiful designs and easy to follow videos, thank you very much for sharing❤ I want to make use of yarn that I have already had. It is thinner than your yarn. Could I learn the meaure of radius or diameter of the finished circle at the end of round 10 made up of double crochet. I could adjust my rounds accordingly. Thanks a lot👏
Shouldn't rnd 6 of bag be 72 stitches instead of 76 as it says in pattern
I just can't get the stitch count right after round 5. Help please!!! I'm following your directions to the T n haven't skipped any stitches. So frustrated with myself.
Since this a tutorial on how to make the bag, it would have been nice if you had actually showed the crocheting of the handles. I get not showing the repeat of the design BUT it would have been helpful to show how you did the handles. Did you use the back part of the chain so that it looked more finished? Sadly, this tutorial ended the same as the Rosemary one. Why do an incomplete tutorial? Or do you do the videos strictly for experienced crocheters?
Here is a video where she shows how to do handles. ruclips.net/video/VGpqCx_gL2g/видео.html
it would be nice to have a bag that the handle dont rip off
If we’re starting with a magic ring should we work 12 double crochets into the ring before closing it?
Yes :)
I believe I found the mistake. I believe you have the wrong # of final stitches in row 6. It should be 72, not 76.
You are correct! I was unable to edit it in the video copy but have corrected the written instructions :)
