But truth is idc how much perfume .. baby powder.. how many showers we take will do much because us “sweaters” (as i call em lol) have too much sweat glands and people make fun of things they don’t understand (or don’t care to do research to understand it) I remember I was in high school and I was walking to lunch and someone pointed out “You know I can see your sweaty arm pits” it embarrassed me I told that person I couldn’t help it and next thing I know I was made fun of around school

I've been telling the doctors for years all this is an effect of the condition. but they always shrug it off and disregard most things patients have to say or think. I wished I could get some help with it. but unfortunately, way too many doctors don't even know such a condition exist. and decent stable medical care is an ongoing issue for me. • @Sariine436

People with hyperhidrosis should have a diet and other things to help us reduce sweat. It's so weird like is there a cause. Why is it's genetic?! Is it really genetic? Or what if it's because something went wrong in my mom's stomach.

I have this. Is more prominent on my face and head. I can barely walk without it happening, and once it does happen my anxiety kicks in, then it’s just pouring off my face. I remember once there was this beautiful girl that had a flat tire, I had just taken a shower. I stopped to hell because she looked like she had no idea on what to do. By the time I had finished my fresh shirt was soaked. I was so embarrassed I didn’t think to dare to ask for her number, I jumped in my car and took off with the ac on blast.

My dance instructor said that urinating on your hands in the shower will help stop the sweating. I don’t have sweaty palms but I thought that was interesting.

There is no cure for hyperhidrosis. Dermadry iontophoresis is a highly effective treatment option that with maintained use can provide long-lasting dryness.

Well, watching how the puddles of sweat just dried up within 48 hours was so satisfying, I used what I read about the other day. Although it actually took about 72 hours for the my sweating to normalize, I went ahead and go'ogled the latest by Cynthia Yulesin and I don’t have to change clothes 2 times a day.

My doctor did not recommend Botox because of the effects it could have on the muscles.

Very impressive, making the excess sweating stop within 2 days was so much more than I expected, I went with what I talked about last week and after the first day or so I was very surprised to start feeling much more comfortable and dry! I went ahead and go'ogled the latest by Cynthia Yulesin and after 72 hours I now sweat like a “normal” person lol

Baking soda can be great for those occasions when you're in a hurry. As you can read in Cynthia Yulesin's homepagw to permanently stop excess sweating in 48 hours it's unexpectedly simple to sweat just the right amount and have a life again lol.

I've been studying treating sweating at home and found a great resource at Mikes Sweat Blog (look it up on google)
