    This is not a race please do at your own pace especially if you are a beginner.
    Use lighter weights you do not need to use the same as me, using lighter weight, with correct form and mind-muscle connection will give you the same results 👌
    Please be mindful we are all different, take longer rest periods when needed, if a movement is too challenging, it’s not failing if you want to skip it, learning to listen to your body, knowing when to take a break is very important. This is not a race!
