Please be mindful we are all different, take longer rest periods when needed, if a movement is too challenging, it’s not failing if you want to skip it, learning to listen to your body, knowing when to take a break is very important. This is not a race!

    When you do your curls curl into your chest so your left curl will go to your right side of your chest and your right curls will go to your left side 👊💪

    Stop top training upper body, women who train upper b become masculine and ugly, and their body looks like spongebob. Train heavy legs, 7 sets per week, 3 warm-ups and 4 work sets. Every Monday.
