Just want to add a data point for the Chase Business Unlimited card. I got an in branch offer of $1,200 back instead of $900 after $6k spend. Note that you have to speak to a BRM (Business Relationship Manager) in order to get this offer.
On 12/19/23 I got approved for Chase IHG business card. With the "1/30" rule, will I be able to go for CIU business card on 1/18? (After midnight and before 6AM Pacific, as the offer is ending on 1/18/24 9AM Eastern)

🦆Applied to the US Bank Triple Cash Rewards card as a sole prop. I have a mortgage and business checking with US bank. I got a message saying in review, 7-10 days. Any idea on how to check status or if the 7-10 days is the same as the dreaded chase 7-10 days?
If you just applied, I would give it few hours as you may hear from them via email in that time frame. They're probably checking your whole relationship with them before making a decision. Good luck.

I'm thinking about to close 2 Cards one cash one unlimited biz cards. My total Chase limit is $66,800 $22,100 biz $44,700 personal I make about 100k Also what would be a good number to set for my freedom cards I have 3 freedom $1,500 each? 1 unlimited

We do this @ the state level; use up the budget or funding gets slashed.
So true. Federal government waits to the last minute and then I've seen them buy useless stuff to meet the budget limit. Terrible .

I flew the lax to hnd route this year and it only cost 35k AA points. Great value imo.
