Play Chaos Moon in a Goblin deck, which should already have plenty of sac outlets. You should always be getting extra mana out of this. Leyline Tyrant is like Omnath, Locus of Mana, in that they're amazing mana batteries. Much better than the crap actual * Battery cards.
