  • Today I'll be showing you How Japanese Cook Eggs In Different Ways!. 4 different kinds actually! We will be showing you not only how to make chawanmushi with dashi but also show you how to make tamagoyaki with dashi. Dashi is a super important part of the Japanese kitchen. Very good for getting that umami flavor.

    The ingredients used, for Chawanmushi, in the video:
    1 Egg
    200 ml Dashi
    1 tsp soy sauce
    1 pinch of salt
    Topping:
    1.5 tbsp Ponzu
    100 ml Dashi
    1 tsp Agar powder
    Some chives
    The ingredients used, for Tamagoyaki, in the video:
    3 Eggs
    100 ml Dashi
    A splash of mirin and soy sauce

      Det er jeg glad for at du synes. Det værd at give sig ud i. Dashi er ikke nemt at lave i Danmark men man kan stadig godt lave de fleste alligevel :)

    The only thing I can cook properly is egg .Raw egg is a no for me so I Loved your tamagoyaki and deep fried egg 🍳☺️

      Hahah yeah, it is for many. It taste great though, especially with rice or just the raw yolk on top of some meat x)
