  • An overwhelming majority fear and avoid change, yet change is one of the best things for mental, spiritual, emotional, and physical development. Even if we are one of those rare people who like change, it is often becuase we are more in love with the idea of change than the process itself. If it is so good why do we hate change? In this episode I discuss why we avoid change, how to train your brain to embrace and love change, and how to know when change is good and worth the effort.
    This is the seventh episode in my Think Learn Succeed series.

    The new project sounds very promising. I feel hopeful 🙂
    Especially after being Blessed ministered to regarding Mark 4:24 (Take heed what you hear) - tonight I had a lightbulb moment as I realised the seeds sown from what I hear from words, speech. . . The lightbulb moment was, "Don't propagate the bad stuff you hear!" Only allow the pure, good (etc) to propagate and grow
    🌱 🌱 🌱 --> 🌳 🌳 🌳 ☺️
    Because I'm on a very low income, I would like to donate but sadly it won't be a lot. Every Blessing 😌

    My friend also has alot of bad habits she would like to change but because she's been medicated for so long its hard for her to change even after seeing a psychologist. Hence it has affected her mental and emotional wellbeing and relationships. I am glad Dr Leaf is going to embark on the clinical trial soon. This will really change the perception of professionals on mental ill-health..

    I would like to hear about pain. How I can overcome my pain, not physical pain, because it can be managed by the pills, but I cannot give my soul any pills in order to get rid of the pain.

      The only relief I found for emotional pain throughout my life, is in The Word. When I read Elohim's comforting words something happens inside my soul. Also Dr. Leaf talks about "freaking out in the Love zone". That helps a lot with the non physical pain. I hope this helps.

    When my doctor said I had breast cancer, certainly a change I did not want !!! How do you handle that? When you did everything medical science recommended, breast fed children each a year, exercised, regular check ups and, mammograms. I did not smoke , drink or do recreational drugs. I did not drink soda or tap water. When someone pronounces the c word over you life , how do you handle that ??
