What held Dennis back was his legs and arms. His chest and back were phenomenal.
I saw Dennis James at the 2015 Arnold Classic. He was wearing a red t-shirt, red and black pants, and a red hat. He was wide and looked like a brick wall. I was in line behind him at a food stand. I saw him get french fries with ketchup and some other thing. I realized it was him when people started coming up to him. I was 16.

I've watched alot of these,no one trains the same, Kai Greene could do 30 pound bicep curls for sets of 20,Ronnie doing sets of 2-5 reps on all his compounds,Branch doing crazy half reps and cheat reps of 20,
Dennis and his very strict controlled form of 8-12 reps,all monsters yet all different,all using different principals
exactly! Everything works essentially, and whoever says otherwise is trying to make you believe that his method is the best and milk money from people
