I bought a used waverunner and i just realized that previous owner painted all bumpers black all the way around the ski. Last weekend pain started to partially peel off. Any advice on how to remove paint from those bumpers or how to repaint? I think its all rubber so I dont think paint will stick for long time.

I believe they do make specific for trim/ rubber pieces. The main issue with paint work is always the prep. If it is not properly prepared then the new paint wont adhere well.

Rust-Oleum marine top coat paint, found it at my local hardware store.

I used an automotive icing glaze for all the deep scratches and small holes, regular primer for the patched areas, and then the Rust-Oleum top coat paint.
