Just bought the game, saw this, and I'm loving tner music , my favorite kind of music
I followed along but my roof beams keep collapsing at around 1:55, and my foundation is solid... no idea how you're doing it!
Also at 2:25 you make a roof using stone floors between the pillars, but mine collapse as soon as they're placed. How are you placing these?
That is one of the most therapeutic videos I've ever watched, nice work!
Why do my beams that connect the outer arches keep breaking I'm so confused
they updated the building mechanics and made it nearly impossible to do a build like that. you can toy with beams to see if they work
they were probly not snapping onto the building blocks properly if they dont snap in place they kind of float offset and they look weird. that be my guess
I recently copied this build myself. I switched out the regular wood posts for iron posts in a few spots with the frame to properly support the roof and upper structures and that did the trick. I did the build in Creative Mode to be sure it would hold up. The only place I have nearly red blocks is the stone ceiling or stone floor where the bedroom is. The rest is pretty stable.
Thanks for the info and tips
@@claytonwalker4551 I definitely recommend doing the build in Creative Mode first before doing it in your actual game simply so you don't waste resources like iron where you don't need to. Not to mention the ability to spawn in resources. I had to refer to the video less in my friend's server because I'd already built it once. I've learned a lot abt building!
My cat loves your videos (I do too, but it's weird seeing her actually watching tv)
