I believe that Cargill vs Athena is a transitional feud for the feud that it's gonna end Cargill's streak: Cargill vs Statlander (at least I think Statlander deserves it a lot)
And this has all out written all over it
If statlander isn't getting world title level push then she can prove her worth as tbs champion and i am sure she is gonna elevate that title to the top most level.
She is a great talent and tbh i consider her as the best women wrestler aew currently has.

Know what would be pretty awesome? Kris is growing as a talker, but they should have Madusa involved with Kris in some shape or fashion.
It's important that a champ develop some type of charisma. Is Stat ready to carry the title and bring the same energy or some type of energy as Jade? That's what makes Jade, the appearance, the mouth, attitude, then follows her in ring skills. Stat have the appearance, wrestling skills, but the promo or confident mic skills...not sure as of yet. Love her new look though, but rarely see her talking, more of a stoic personality.
I'd like to see the alien go over, not gonna lie. I really hopes she would have won the tournament, but hey that's just me.
Why is everyone on Statlander's nuts? Statlander has lost to Soho, Hirsch, Riho, and that weird thing with Vicki Guerro. Stat is trash and doesn't deserve jack shxt!

Jade Cargill is definitely the most charismatic woman in AEW's women's division, in my opinion. I know the streak one day has to end. But I really don't want it to end anytime soon. Jade Cargill is amazing!

Jade is rising super fast, happy she have a stable or else jealousy would rise quickly too. She gave Red V a place that actually fits, cause I believe she been in wrestling limbo in AEW for a while. Like she can perform but what are we actually doing with her.

Athena at AEW will help elevate the women's division a lot, but I hope they don't forget about Kris Statlander, she deserves a decent rivalry for TBS champion!
AEW missed the ball with kris statlander.
For example kris statlander wasn't happy that she was the back up plan in the owen hart tournment.
kris statlaner is one of the AEW orginal wrestlers.
However,kris then went on to explain in her interview before her match with ruby soho on AEW Rampage. That she hasn't got much to show for her AEW career, and would like a title shot.
We have already seen MJF share his frustration this week.
Hopefully, kris statlander will get a title shot in the future.

@@darrenwilson146 exactly, what MJF said (whether kayfabe or not) is an indication that they don't know how to make a decent booking (just look at Double or Nothing to understand) and this is an example in the women's division that urgently needs a good booking.
Is there even a tag team belt for the women? I remember two Mexican female wrestlers having one if I remember correctly lol. Not sure who have it now or even if it did exist.
One was cuban and one was puerto rican. That was the last I remember

I am glad that the idea of Kris being the one to beat Jade is now gaining traction been calling it for weeks now. I was hoping that was going to be The TBS Title at DoN. In addition I am keeping a very close eye on how Tony Khan handled Athena this is one of the best woman wrestlers in the world, it seems if your name is not Britt or Jade he struggled in booking as we see with the current AEW Womens Champion Rosa that needs to change with Athena period.
