Wow who would've thought that in the absence of Serena that Aga would be the one holding the trophy...with all those big hitters in the draw. Congrats to her for out smarting them all in the end!
I was so happy that Aga won the WTA Finals. I mean, I'm a diehard Serena fan, but it's really nice to see there be some variety in the winners of these tournaments, especially where it's someone as creative and crafty as Aga.

Decent? Sharapova the reason Aga made it to the semis. If pennetta had got a set against Maria, Aga wouldn't have gone through, but she won and yes she had great wins, but Maria got her there.
