@@ShawnMelton89 well your just saying good money yourself. Which also doesn't give us an idea of what your talking about. What is good money range in your opinion if I may ask cuz I am just genuinely curious.
@@jakethesnake4040 I don’t find that hard to believe that you can’t follow simple information. well since you people seem so content with not making enough, and being upset that I said you’re not paid enough, I’ll break it down so you can see where I’m coming from. The average rental in the US is roughly $1200, depending on location it could be more or less. You have to make 3x rent to qualify for most rentals. So 1200 x 3 = 3600. Are you following me so far… alright. 3600/4 weeks = 900. That’s $900 per week that you need to have as income. That comes out to $22.50 per hour. Therefor, I would say good money is anywhere from $22.50 and above. And by “good money” I mean enough to survive without struggling. Valvoline foesnt pay $22.50 per hour. The guys I talked to made under $15 per hour. And judging from the 1992 ford ranger the manager pulled up in, I doubt the pay rate goes very high. I’m really sorry that you guys are so against being paid a livable wage. I didn’t mean to offend you and your ‘going nowhere’ mindsets.
Pretty sure those are fender covers not a jacket regardless tho poorest Valvoline service i have ever seen SMH and i have seen some bad employees being a Valvoline SCM
Warning! Valvoline Cost me $3,300 when I had to replace my Oil Pan! They broke my oil pan and tried to install a temporary rubber plug that would get me to my mechanic for a real repair.(3 miles away) That didn't work, the plug came out minutes later and my truck died on the way to the GM certified service Dept. I filed a claim with V.I.O.C. Corporate to be reimbursed for my expense and the claim was Denied! I was told that all repairs/costs would be covered by the Area Manager at first! All that changed when they got the bill that I had to pay out of pocket. I took the GMC straight to a trusted GM certified service center at the dealership where it was purchased new 5yrs earlier. V.I.O.C. would not allow me to choose my own repair service bc/ the cost was too much... "could have been done for a few hundred dollars." according to them. They stripped out the threading in the oil pan completely breaking the plug and the housing. In order to replace the oil pan the transmission had to be dropped to gain access to the pan. Their idea was to have someone hand drill new threads into the broken oil pan by hand. No Way was I going to allow them to further compromise my vehicle any more.
Quality Automotive SVC is the Franchisee that controls the local Valvoline's in this area. And It was QualityAuto SVC's decision that led to my claim reimbursement to be denied all bc/ they were wrong about the repair costs and real damages caused. It's been a few months now and every time I call about my claim I'm giving excuses about when I'll be contacted and how the matter will be resolved. They are trying to pass the Buck and Duck the responsibility of the damages they caused. I have filed with the BBB for compensation and re-payment and will continue to review every VIOC in our local area. This is all I can do to tell the truth and give warnings to the public about how I was treated. As of now 07/18/2022 I have been waiting 5 months for a response...
Sorry sir, Groupon is not working today.
what a bummer
Nobody knows what SuperPro is for a reason. If they don't know they're not supposed to know what it is they do not know.
Funny… went to Valvoline and asked for mobil 1
Tengan cuidado cuando agan su cambio d aceite en esta sucursal d Watsonville California si no pones attention aveces dicen aser cambio d aceite y no asen nada

Dude put 5.4 instead of 5.1 quarts in
Ya how to fuck up a rear main seal. Happened to me once
Every time I leave a Valvoline I feel like I’ve been screwed…
was your car running normally after the service?
😂
10:35 use jug filled with 5 qt of conventional oil rather than the labelled synthetic hose. $$ Ching $$ pockets 30 bux.
Probably didn’t have that oil in the tank and DID have that specified oil for backup on the shelf! Also, how do you think he would’ve got 30 dollars out of the deal?
@@leeoswald6803 because he can take the 5 qts of 0w-40 home.
Yes, I suppose shoving money in worker pocket is a poor visual.
This driver seems like a super intelligent person...

Absolutely super pro negative. WTH are they doing?
They talked to much
They only got 2 bays???
Lots of places do. Mine only has two bays, and no other location I've ever seen has had more or less.
A Panda the Valvoline I work at has 4 and we got like 8 cars waiting outside throughout the day. That was before corona
@@theknight45videos Mine is pretty dead in the mornings. Today we had a constant stream for two hours but the max we had waiting were four outside.
I mean I think that one is fore and aft like my store... we have four sumps but it’s two rows
@@agnomymous I work at a 3 bay and a lot in my city are 3, I'm the opposite I rarely see 2 bays
That’s not Vamily! 🤦♂️ This must be a franchise store.
Put your bottomside face guard on so you don't get hurt lol
Good luck 👍
Terrible superpro and communication with guest
Valvoline sucks. Most def one of the worse places I've ever worked at
Wtf is superpro
You must have worked at a shitty Valvoline, the one that I currently work at used to be absolutely horrible until the manager got fired, the dude did absolutely nothing. The new manager came in and told us he has a year's worth of paperwork to get caught up on because the previous manager did not do his job. The new manager is one of the best managers I've had for any job.
What the hell is super pro???
William Copeland Jr. Superpro is how we keep our employees and customers cars safe
@@eddier6224 superpro is the way things are supposed to be done at Valvoline, basically they manage everything the employees do while a car is in the store. It is very exacting, and is in place for safety, protection of vehicles, and to get the customers to be more likely to spend money on services. Source: current senior tech
