So painfully relatable to hear about ocd misdiagnosed in ways that leads to reassurance seeking. I'm greatful mine at eventually manifested in compulsive hand washing, because i dont know if i would have ever correctly identified it from the ritualized behaviors that were only in my head
Never realized a guy like Luke Combs could be dealing with something so similar, he does a fantastic job describing the disorder on Joe Rogan's podcast, it is one of the best descriptions I have heard and very relatable.
