Been to countless Evan concerts through the decades. So much joy brought to my life. Blessed to have such a beautiful singer and songwriter and interpreter of songs. Looking forward to the new album and hopefully, a tour and hearing that cover of I Don't Want to Spoil the Party in person. Keep keepin' on and taking care of business brother.
The whole album It’s a Shame About Ray got me through some crazy times in my life when I was a kid. Pretty much everyone who I played it for liked it too. Thanks for that.. you rock🤘
I feel like Evan Dando's music is better than a lot of mainstream artists today. But there's an agenda in society I believe. I'm Black and I don't see a lot of Black people that listen to his music but I appreciate his music. I think skaters know about him. I love The Lemonheads. A white ex girlfriend told me about them after I told her about The Cure. Which are both 90's bands. But he's still good to this day though. I see some of the stuff he posts

He could do this n his sleep…and I’ve SEEN HIM do it! LoL. Some people just have it…that way about them when they pick up a guitar and start singing, whatever it is, good or bad, regardless of their current condition, regardless of anything…they just draw you in with ‘their way’ for lack of a better term…the way they say things, the way their body language…u get my point. We ALL have our demons, some sort of them anyway, and most people succumb to them or try chopping them away by leaving entire pieces of who they are behind hoping the demon stays with that part of them, and that sucks because A LOT of talent and knowledge and entertainment, lots of things get left behind…Evan has apparently, well, obviously, not done that and we’re the lucky ones that get to b a part of ‘that piece’ of him if that makes any sense? Anyway, we’ve all only got one life to live, and the older u luckily get the more u realize how quick and short our lives are, and there’s just no time for being judge mental with our egos…we should concentrate on making each day we have here special somehow, and sometimes , people like Evan, whether he knows or believes it, helps make days that we couldn’t make special, special…and I’m especially thankful for Evan to have been and continue to b a part of my life. Just stay busy,my friend, and keep ur lovely mind busy cause that’s the only real solution to keeping those pesky demons out of our reach. Sorry for the rant, it just happened. 🥴
