Christopher was my favourite candidate that season. He was just so friendly and educational the entire time. Plus there was a point in the competition where he was winning as many challenges as the eventual Master Chef of that season. I wasn't expecting him to get so far because of the lack of screentime he got in the first half of the season.
Jennifer just developed the perfect exquisite egg-allergy friendly dish. That is quite the major accomplishment. Bravo.

Jennifer was seriously impressive in this one. She was able to come up with a great replacement while dealing with the time limit, and even managed to deliver the most beautiful looking dish of the bunch.
I wonder if Chef Michael would consider using her recipe in the future, it's a good alternative for those with egg allergies :)

If you mean 7:35, it's the cartilage in the lobster claw that he pulls out not plastic. When he talks about the plastic he means the plastic wrap covering the ramekin (the little ceramic pot) burnt/melted off in the oven so it didn't trap the steam when cooking the mousse and steam it properly.
