For ppl who don’t follow track and field, Allyson is the most versatile runner in history. She is one of only a handful of runners to go sub 11 seconds in the 100m, sub 22 seconds in the 200m, and sub 50 seconds in the 400m. She is the most decorated medalist in global championships(Olympics and world championships) track and field athlete in HISTORY. More than Usain Bolt, more than Shelly ann fraser pryce, more than Carl Lewis. Recently in Tokyo she won a historic bronze medal in the 400m after becoming a mother and becoming the oldest female 400m Olympic medalist. She’s not a flashy sprinter, 100m is her weakest event and she’s not screaming and gloating when she wins, but she always finds a way to fly under the radar and win, and that’s what matters!

Gonna have to say that turn in Get Out is 100% realistic. That's more football and basketball than track and field. In Football there's even plays named after the technique. 10 and Out for example. You run as fast as you can for 10 yards, then cut hard to the outside of the field without losing speed at what is essentially a 90 degree angle. That's all the guy did. Just a quick cut.

Personal feelings about him being in a cult aside (which I honestly feel bad for him), he seems like the type of actor that would hear this critique and change the way he runs. He seems to be very dedicated to giving a great performance.

I remember seeing an interview for that stupid Will & Jaden Smith movie about being future soldiers or whatever, and Will was talking about getting a trainer early in his action career to teach him how to run on camera (to excuse how brutally awkward and unathletic Jaden was even after training). He said he had to develop a completely new form exclusively for being on camera.
