For ppl who don’t follow track and field, Allyson is the most versatile runner in history. They said that "hard turn" in the Get Out running actually "did" hurt the actor. He was running at full speed then had to turn away just like they directed it...he tore/sprained something.
She should have done Unbroken about Louis Zamperini the Olympic athlete that got put in a Japanese prisoner of war camp. He was at same Olympics as Jesse Owens.
Gonna have to say that turn in Get Out is 100% realistic. That's more football and basketball than track and field. In Football there's even plays named after the technique. 10 and Out for example. You run as fast as you can for 10 yards, then cut hard to the outside of the field without losing speed at what is essentially a 90 degree angle. That's all the guy did. Just a quick cut.
