Hi Faith, congratulations on your use of the English language! You are quite right that cost of accommodation is not the only factor to consider. Your list of things to think about might include: * Rent or mortgage * Council tax, utilities * Crime rates in the area * Availability of paid work that suits you * Education and qualifications you need * Cost and availability of public transport in your town or city * Whether you have friends or family living nearby * Racial and cultural diversity - not an issue in the large cities, but might be a factor in small towns and villages * Further education possibilities * Leisure facilities catering for your hobbies and interests * If you are religious, access to your chosen faith community.
@@maryamkadiri6534 @StarInc7 My comment was meant literally. Please explain your comment. Do you feel uncomfortable when I praise someone's good work? If so, why?
Peterborough is also relatively cheap. It is not too far from London, especially for people who work in London but want to live outside London. Apart from safety and affordability, I think it is also essential to pick based on how reliable public transport is, especially for people who do not drive.
Y' all should come to Aberdeen Scotland. Very safe and affordable place to stay. You can see a spacious 2 bedroom flat of £500. Safe place to stay, friendly people and very affordable.
UK is generally not too difficult to find work in ALL cities / large towns . It will.probably be low paid but enough to live on . Finding affordable place to stay is the difficult part. You need to know someone or have contacts. Or luck ! It's not impossible ... Last , in my experience most people in Britain are NOT racist / unfriendly . The opposite in my experience ...
I think for those of us who follow news the bigger cities are more popular..actually this is how it should be in a good country, but even in Britain there's a gap between London and other places
I quite enjoyed SE London, I felt it was more like a home far away from home. I didn't miss much of Naija. We first stayed around Lewisham, Deptford, then Camberwell.
Hi Faith thanks for this thoughtful video. I observed that Sheffield didn't make the list this time. However, for someone schooling in Sheffield, what less expensive, safer cities close to Sheffield would you advice I live in with my family?
Omg! Over £200 for council tax? Wow! Surrey must be really expensive, plus Waitrose is for the rich. Where to live and work can be very dicey, so so hard to get it all.
Hello Faith dis my first time here.Kudos to wat ur doing.I noticed dat d cities u mentioned have their different earnings per annum.Dat means d UK govt's job offer of £20,480 per annum to Health carers can vary?
Thanks Faith....I’m a new subscriber and this is very helpful....God bless u sis Pls what do you about Wolverhampton and Plymouth....processing admission to either of the 2
Edinburgh is a lovely city. Rent is very high! Job availability ok. Bills on the high side especially council tax. Lots of things to consider, I suggest you do your research before moving to Edinburgh.

Hello, I live in Middlesbrough and the place is cool. I don't know who started this crime thing but Middlesbrough is safe and good. Not expensive, maybe not an abundance of jobs like in most other bigger cities but definitely not unsafe. Thank you 🙂
That's quite expensive for daycare oh mine! What a place that's more expensive than some places in London. You just revealed a secret no wonder our council tax is high because the house is relatively new. I like your hair.

Council tax is mostly based on the size of the accommodation, the layout and character etc. It is not simply based on weather it’s new or old.
Thanks for always dishing out quality information. By the way lovely shirt😁
