In real life, Rodney was a great tipper as well. I met him when I worked as a hotel bellman when I lived in Florida a few years. Very generous and a genuinely nice guy.

It’s two years later and I have same question and opinion.
Well now that Google, AWS, and apple can control content and speech ( canceling Parlor), the high tech companies mentioned above, will direct your thinking to something funny more appropriate for your viewing. Your voice may be considered let's say, "conservative " and that is unwelcome in the new age. @Russell Barnes I met a woman off craigslist. We messaged and she refused to send a picture to me. She described herself as being basically gorgeous. I was sold. The moment I saw her she was the total opposite just like a comedy show. I truly thought I was being filmed. Literally roll of fat, gapped front teeth, greasy hair,,I felt bad but I had time to waste so I took her inside the restaurant and ordered 5 different alcoholic beverages, the meal at once just for me and I ordered just for her a salad, water nothing more....I was hammered before the meal arrived...she got a taste of how pissed I was

Urich was in Lonesome Dove, maybd his big break.? In 1986 I was an extra on a tv movie of the week. Uriich was a homeowner, just drove home into driveway as I came out front door carrying a ladder with another extra. The scene was we had just finished painting the inside of the house. He asked me how it was going. They didn't give me a line.! All I did was nod, yes, all was fine. Fun days as a movie extra.!!

Rodney’s persona in this sketch reminds me of his obnoxious, but lovable character in “Caddy Shack” More so than in any other sketch I’ve seen him do. I so wish we still had him here with us. We do have a lot of his material though to remember him by. I’ve never seen him do anything that wasn’t hilariously funny and I am very happy for his tremendous success and recognition. This proves that youth and good looks (sorry Rodney) are not what makes a great entertainer. Much love, admiration and respect.
