Giving up or cutting down on salt can be tough because we are so accustomed to the flavor. There are ways to add zip to your food with a variety spices and herbs. I find adding a splash of red or balsamic vinegar brightens the flavor of most foods. A squeeze of fresh lemon before serving a meal adds lots of flavor also.
Could you make a video with a list of foods that are high in salt but otherwise quite healthy, especially things that are not super calorie dense? My doctor said I should eat more salt, nothing extreme, but more than I do currently. I was a bit dumbfounded by a POTS video that recommended eating extra processed meat. That's the last thing I want to go out of my way to add to my diet.
bro how the hell this has only 100 views, free highly educative clips like this need more attention from ppl!
Haha I really appreciate that. Feel free to spread the word! And if you have anything you’d like to see more of, let me know! 🙏🏽
