Thats what this world needs just kindness.... sometimes you have to be rude, but that's only when you need to be. And please pray or my dad, he's been diagnosed with cancer. he's home now but in a few months, he's going back to the hospital to get his bone marrow transplant done. So everyone please pray for him. he's names Dr. Thomas Burns.

Put your dad on a very low carb or preferably a carnivore diet. Cancer feeds on sugar. That is how it is found on a PET scan. Many cancer patients start craving sugar for this reason. Read labels. Just cause it says keto or low carb, it may not be true. There are many great recipes on youtube. Be sure you thoroughly research how to carnivore and dirty carnivore first. Be sure frequent blood vitamin evals are done just incase he might need a supplement, he probably won't need one, except many cancer patients are vitamin D deficient. D is vital for you immune system. If he does chemo, do your research. Some chemo can cause other cancers.

I was the graphic designer in a commercial print shop that would add a 10% "aggravation charge" to a customer's bill if that person was being especially difficult, but they would ALWAYS work with someone if the customer had limited funds. As a Veterinary technician, I had to comment again Dr.Lee. That story about how you ran the vet clinic brought a tear to my eye cause I see all those situations on a consistent basis of client not having the money and seeking the care of their loved ones, and today its a fading away business decision to do what is right for the sake of good medicine. You truly are a great person to look up to and I am grateful for your stories as always.Thank you!

@@OutontheRanchwithDrLee-xb4lothat was like our old vet who has now retired, he operated very much like you Dr Lee. We started going to another clinic when it all changed as he retired and clinic was sold, it just wasn’t the same.
We found a new clinic to try but, found out later we weren’t been seeing a vet, but a vet nurse, but being charge for a vet, it was an expensive vet clinic. Once we realised that this huge overcharging was just to see a nurse, it finally made sense as to why one woman was unable to trim our dog’s nails ! She took him out the back. He is only a tiny Maltipoo, not even a year old at that time!!! A vet should be able to trims his nails! We stopped going there when we found out we were seeing a nurse NOT a vet !!! Talk about deceiving customers!!
Yes, we went back to the vets near our home and are sticking with them. Sometimes paying more doesn’t give better ! We were always pleasant, as were they, and they all loved our puppy. We certainly didn’t appreciate being deceived !!! They also did and charged for unnecessary testing ! But through it all they lost a customer with one cat one dog. …… it’s called karma

I'm literally 10 minutes from your place, bone dry, piles and piles of wood we can't burn because of a burn ban, and this is the 3rd straight year our "tubing" trip (Waring ) resembled that of a rocky hiking trail. Share a little!! 😄 All joking aside, it's great to see a new video! I feel your pain with the customer service issues. "Online shopping has just been a blessing to me." Has it? Has it REALLY? Seriously, love you Dr. Lee, and I'm an old cheapskate too. But I learned a long time ago to buy things that need to fit, especially shoes, where I can try them on. If I need to order something, I consider the company and their reputation for service. You are correct, caveat emptor. Or as I always say about "deals", you can go broke saving money like that. And there is a special place for people who abuse workers just doing their job, karma will catch up to them.

This video reminded me of a recent devotional.... There is lots of "earthly" treasure rooted in pure evil which can cause us to drift away from God's good grace. Instead, let us treasure the things of the Lord, our righteousness, our godliness, our faith, our love for one another, our perseverance, our gentleness, our humility of heart and the joy in the Lord. When our treasure is rooted and grounded in Jesus, then our hearts will anchored to the Rock of our eternal salvation. Let us not forget, we brought nothing into this world, and will take nothing out of it! May God Bless You All today and always

Ahhhh dr. Lee. I sure missed your calming presence 😀 Glad to see you again.
Back when the ex and I were really struggling and had an old run down little car we of course had some problems with it at times. We found a friendly garage owner who helped us out many times. When we had little money, we were allowed to pay less, and in return when we DID have the funds we'd pay extra for something, just to make up for it. He let us borrow his expensive tools at times so we could work on the car at home.
You won't find those folks as easily anymore these days.
My vet, seeing this was a big clinic, and he was only an employee, also took care of a lot of bills for me, by filing them as follow-ups, which were cheaper than regular.
In return, he had my gratitude, trust, and a whole lot of pastries when I left the clinic because my last pet had to be let go (kidney failure). Boy did I love that vet. 😊

I’ve had so many mishaps with online deals, but the biggest thing I seem to have forgotten is: if it seems to be too good to be true, it normally is. I had this great idea to buy a new pair of walking shoes, and I found an awesome deal online. The price seemed a bit too low, but they had tons of positive reviews, so I went for it. The shoes arrived, and they looked and felt just like the picture. I was so excited to try them out, but after just a few minutes of walking, the bottom of the shoe started to fall off! Not only was this a complete waste of money, but I could have easily gotten hurt. Lesson learned!

Customer service has become nearly extinct…. So beyond sad!!! Saw a snippet of you driving in for breakfast with Matt…. Too short for me. My best to your family 💕👵🏽🙏🏽

Thanks for the next words, Dr. Lee. You're lucky your boat is 9nly 20 years old. I've got a 1984 Ranger inboard/outboard fish & ski. I had to rebuild the engine with two motors. The top part of the engine was mine & had to buy a whole other boat just for the bottom part of the engine. Then had to take that other boat to the dump & pay $300.00 to get rid of it. Ugh! That stunk. Now I need all new seats covered with new everything. Locks, new boards, stuffing, & new covers.
I bought a cover from Bass Pro just off the shelf so I know how you feel about not fitting & bailing water. It stinks, but we put blow-up swimming pool balls under our cover. There used for keeping the water from collecting on top of your swimming pools in the winter after you winterize your pool. They work very well. I'm so pleased. I just hate the cover like you do..... lol....🤣🤣🤣🤣
Well, hope you get it sorted out, Dr. Lee. God bless & have a wonderful day/week/weekend!
    Chris from Missouri

I'd rather drive 50 miles to be able to look them in the eye be nice but Let them know you mean business . Prayers going up right now 🛐🛐🛐🛐♥️🇺🇸

caveat emptor indeed! My paternal grandfather once told me "Your life will be filled with mistakes and misjudgements, you can either learn from them or repeat them endlessly." He also said your handshake is your bond, don't give it easily but stand by it when you do. I have lived by that my whole life...mistakes and all! We all make mistakes, that's how most of us learn! My Maternal grandfather was a wise old man, a farmer, he once told me some folks if you tell 'em the stove is hot will avoid touching that stove, some will not, and some will just have to pee on that electric fence to find out for themselves it's not a smart thing to do............

Caveat emptor…my 82 year old mother went to Pep Boys for an oil change. When she left the garage, her wheel fell off! Said they did a complimentary tire rotation. Thankfully she or no one else was hurt but the company never declared liability and the only thing they did for her was provide a new wheel and a rental car for 2 weeks. Her car was in the shop for 4. She had to pay a portion out of pocket….just not right. I’m sorry for all you went through and it’s great to see you Dr. Lee. Missed you!

I love you too Dr. Lee!!! It's almost 2am and your video popped up and I had to watch it! Mean people stink. My doggies vet was like you. OMG Dr. Smith would climb mountains and walk through fire to help your baby. He was better than so many doctors that I went to! He truly loved animals. I will never understand how people are just rude for no reason. Mean for no reason. I worked with many of them in the worst job I ever had. It changed me, I am sad to say. Anyway...we are thankful for you Dr. Lee. Take care and hope all is well with your family and all the grand kiddos!!!

I ran a business for 32 years. We were always very customer service oriented. We would also refund an unhappy customer knowing that we would make money the next time by keeping the customer. I enjoyed hearing your take on customer service and how you ran your business. 👍
