Gut erklärt. Nur hätte ich den Sensor im Rahmen eines Ölwechsel getauscht. Macht das Prozedere wesentlich einfacher und sauberer. Ich denke die "Schweinerei" ist heftig, wenn man den Sensor gegen das austretende Öl an der Ölwanne platziert.

It is not the sensor problem!
I own bmw 320d e46 2001, 300.000km, i bought from Swiss gay one year a go, i send it to the bmw service to do the maintenance service oil and filter changes and other thing's if it's needed before i register in my name as owner, the service guy told me he changed the diesel rubber pipes new re-installation, but then the yellow light start appearing and the service guy told me it's nothing serious it will disappear quickly, but i always saw this below light after i start the car then disappear after 20-30.sec, it did bother me a lot, even knowing the car was alright as i thought, but not really, the acceleration movement waving was a bit problem for me, the turbine was reacting aggressively or sometimes feels like is dying, there was a bit faulty thing on it, and that is at this vacuum rubber pipes connected one to turbine and regulator where is connected this rubber pipes that one goes to turbine and the other one to the top engine somewhere, so you just switch this two rubber pipes and you will not see the yellow light again, unless there is no enough oil in your engine, and driving acceleration is very smooth, i think at the service they change this rubber pipes but they don't put rubber pipes correctly in places they meant to be, i hope my advice works for you all..
