Şehzade Süleyman, en yakın adamı Pargalı İbrahim ile birlikte çıktığı bir avda alır kötü haberi. Babası Yavuz Sultan Selim Han vefat etmiştir. Şehzade Süleyman hiç beklemeden, İstanbul’a doğru yola çıkar. Şehzade Süleyman hızla payitahta ulaşır. Hiç beklemeden cülus törenine katılır. Bir günde hayatı değişmiş. Sultan Süleyman olarak padişahlık hayatına başlamıştır.
Bu sırada, Karadeniz üzerinden içi köle yüklü bir kadırga, İstanbul’a doğru gelmektedir. Kölelerden en ateşli olanı ise, kaderini değiştirecek olan yolculuğa çıktığının henüz farkında değildir. Geri dönmek için çaresiz bir şekilde isyan etmektedir.
Sultan Süleyman, padişahlığının ilk gününde verdiği buyruklarla nasıl bir padişah olduğunu göstermek ister. Ama bu kararlar herkesin hoşuna gitmeyecektir. Sultan Süleyman ise gönderdiği mesajlarla, tüm Avrupa’ya meydan okumaktan çekinmez.
Alex, tüm isyankarlığına rağmen, Topkapı sarayına getirilir. Onun bu tavrı ilk andan itibaren Valide Sultan’ın dikkatini çeker. Ama Alex’in sarayın kurallarını öğrenmesi uzun sürmez. Kendisine büyük bir hedef seçer. Alex, Sultan Süleyman’ın karşısına çıktığı ilk gecede onun ilgisini çekmeyi başarır. Sultan Süleyman’ın eşi Mahidevran ise Manisa sarayından yeni gelmiş. Eşi ile görüşmeyi sabırsızlıkla beklemektedir.

Seeing Mustafa comfort and strengthen his sister made me tear up 🥺🥰🥰. Blood kinship is very closely seen here.😍😍 But sometimes because of the interests of a few people, brothers and sisters become enemies with each other...😥

All i can think about is how mihrimah betrayed mustaffa by the end as if he wasn't her brother like the rest of them she truly deserved rustem
Because no matter what tradition and law would dictate the murder of her full-blooded brothers. Even if Mustafa wouldn't order their deaths those close to him will, like his mother, advisors, or other janissaries. Not to say it's right but she did her best to protect her brothers in the show. Lest we forget this drama is based on history but obviously creative license is ever present.👍
Well, Mihrimah was in a position where she had to choose only one of her 5 brothers to rule, to LIVE. Whatever choice she was going to make people would view her as a bad sister.
Mehmet was alot closer to her in age and they had the same mother which made them even closer. It makes sense Mihrimah would choose him.
And to be fair Mihrimah had hoped that Mustafa would just be sent somewhere as punishment, she had hoped Sulieman wouldn't kill him. I can't imagine how hard it was for her where being a good sister to one brother means being an awful sister to another.
Rustem was way to good for her
She can support one of her brothers but she is an accomplice to Mustafa's death. Mustafa and Bayezid supports each other but they killed him, then Bayezid.
Mihrimah was such a cruel that she even could not show pity on that brother who loved her after being a half brother of her ,she only followed her mother no matter who came on her path she crushed them for their benefits.
She was Hurrem's daughter in the end..

@@hussainsultanzada6123 huh? You have the audacity to call this saddest? It's episode 134 ending that is the saddest, it's the death which destroyed the protagonist, Suleiman and made series boring after it. Thankfully it's only 5 episodes until 139, little the harm :))
