Well put together video Dave. Only variation I do with the 40/50 center reticle scopes are fine tune my speed dial at 70 or 80 yds. I've found with doing that, 20 yds will still be within 1". But the further ranges are calibrated better. If fine tuning the speed dial at 20 yds, some of the further ranges can be a couple inches off, or more.
This may seem to be a stupid question to some but I'm new at this and I've always been told if you don't know ask, so how do I know which recital I have before starting any adjustments I don't want to start twisting knobs without knowing where to start. I have a RangeMaster 100 Scope by ten point. Your videos have been very helpful and knowledgeable thanks!!
I’ve been shooting off a table and sandbags to sight in. But the method you describe sounds better…to move the crosshairs to the poi of the arrow you shot, keeping the bow in a solid rest. That’s hard to do on sandbags unless you have a helper. Is the Bog field pod that supports both the front and the rear of the bow (probably hold bow still with bungees some how) better than the Bog pod that clamps at the middle of the bow? I have not both either yet. Thanks
Thanks for doing this..Great Video.
This has probably been the best video I've seen for sighting in a crossbow scope. Straight to the point and no fluff. Thank you!!!
Thanks so much- I now have my Hawke scope properly adjusted and my Raven 450

I find a regular gun rest works better. Don’t go crazy trying to clamp it down. I just hold it with one hand and turn the dial with the other
