You're doing amazing ❤, I just want to point out a few things that you might try for your next workout.
For abduction machine try going higher weight that will make you tired on 12-15rep, and hold it on ur last rep, slow and controlled.
Crusty lunges - are generally high risk exercise for your knees and lower back because of twisted position so be careful if you start feeling discomfort.
Mobility stretch / warmup before squats is very important, it's going to help with squat depth and prevent from injuries.
Squat - the bar should be on your chest level before you lift, engage your core to stabilize your back.
