Impact Wrestling has focused more on elevating their homegrown talent in recent years, while AEW focuses on giving former WWE wrestlers more spotlight, a boss that is driving away people from watching their product and too many pointless announcements.
WWE recently is focusing on elevating newer talent and creating future stars in thd process e.g. Jade Cargill, LA Knight, Jey Uso, Dirty Dom, Tiffany Stratton, Rhea Ripley, Bron Breaker, Carmelo Hayes, Austin Theory, Karrion Kross, Ilja Dragunov, Dragon Lee, Gunther and Damian Priest.

When even the WWE Saudi Arabia Shows have more women's matches than All In which is AEWs biggest show its a moral failing on TKs Part. Back in 2019 I was in Grand Rapids, NJPW/ROH show. And two of the guys there were Nagata and Kojima. I grew up watching them on VHS tapes, I played as them in videogames. Meeting them was as if an average American met a real life Spider Man. And then I saw them in the match. HOLY CRAP. Nagata delivers kicks to SANADA'S head without any set up, without any telegraphing and skipping back. He actually hits karate style SIDE kick rather then Superkick (which is telegraphed a mile away). Kojima - same way. Those two are ridiculously smooth in their execution of moves. Superb timing, not a missed step. I was screaming my head off for Nagata and Kojima, and I was so loud that SANADA turned his head, looked right at me (I was in 2nd row),, grinned and gave me Thumbs Up, even though I was cheering his opponents. What I am trying to say, that at their age, guys like Nagata, Kojima and Liger, are 10 times the wrestlers that 99% of US wrestlers half of their age. Look at Dragon Gate and you will see Massaki Mochuzuki, who is also pushing 50. And Ultimo Dragon is still wrestling and does SUPERB job, so does Great Sasuke. And yes. Sasuke is also better then 99% of US wrestlers half his age. While at it check out Bestia Del Ring (Rush's Dad). He is pushing 60, and you really, really do NOT want to piss him off:)

I think its okay for them to be in the title scene, but in the context of legitimizing younger champions. However we also need to understand that sports medicine and medicine in general is gonna be keeping wrestlers alive and in good shape longer and longer. AEW is a cooperative company and a cooperative is a special form of
corporation that places ownership/control in the hands of the employees
or patrons of the corporation which is why the Bucks, Omega, The Rhodes
      hold/held positions behind the scenes.
The creation of AEW was a joint effort from what I read. The Bucks, mainly
Matt came up with the idea and presented it to Tony Khan who along with
his dad are the money marks who fund it. TK did make it clear in an early
interview back in May of 2019 stating that everything is going pretty much
      according to 'our' plan.
The key word there is "our." as AEW is set up to function more like a cooperative

@@alejandromelendez1609 Kelani Jordan stands out to me. 🤔🤔Jordan preforms well in the ring. Jordan looked a bit silly when facing her opponent whom she would lose to this past Tuesday. But that is what I find great about Jordan. Jordan is that kind of wrestler that viewers can take serious as an in-ring competitor and have this childish-charm about her on the other, respectively. I'm interested to see more of her and what the WWE will eventually have waiting for her down the road. That's my take on one of the many Black women wrestlers NXT has to offer. 🤗🤗
Unlike in AEW where Black performers need a White person to manage or represent them in some fashion or form like Will Hobbs, (former) Jade Cargill, Athena with that ''I'm just happy to be here getting noticed'' White girl, and much more. 🙄🙄

@@KruelAidMan If that's what you want to call me for giving my opinion on how I see things in AEW regarding Black wrestlers, I have no objection. 🤔🤔I haven't yet seen a Black wrestler especially a Black male wrestler stand out on their own and make a name for themselves. It's more common nowadays for Whites to want to be associated with their Black counterparts. Just want to have a Black male or female wrestler to break from that and stand out on their own. For me personally, I don't mention Asian or Latin wrestlers (especially women wrestlers a lot) because to me they have nothing to offer in the way of promos, long-term in-ring ability, and much more (maybe Mia Kim: she did stand out to me and get my attention before the WWE forced her out years ago and she ended up in TNA or whatever it was - maybe I'm wrong but it has been years since I last watched her on television). If Asian and Latin (regarding women) wrestlers interest you, that's your thing and I'm cool with it. I'm not here to say otherwise. As for White wrestlers, yeah, if you're from the West Coast, it's more common to find a stuck up White girl who glorifies their Father like a living God and fooling themselves to be some sort of princess or whatever. To me, they are so common, seeing them even on NXT is A HUGE bore! So yeah, just a reminder for anybody whom made it this far reading this comment, it is NOT me who is doing the racial name calling by labelling me a ''segregationist'', it is @KruelAidMan and I'm cool with that. Today's generation is ALL ABOUT if you're NOT in agreeance with US and OUR views, you're a racist of some sort. A generation ago, the labels you guys use today NEVER existed. I NEVER encountered SUCH BS S***! 🙄🙄Whatever . . .
