Razor E175 Battery Lead Wiring Connection

Wiring new batteries on a E175 Razor Electric Scooter. I explain how to disconnect the leads from the two non charging 12 volt batteries, replace and reconnect the leads to the new batteries. There is an automatic cut off in the mainboard on the scooter that cuts power when the charge goes below 20 volts and the scooter will not operate. If you put in the new batteries and hear a clicking noise when you turn the throttle you must wait until the batteries have charged enough (over 20 volts) before the scooter will operate property. Also remember that with this particular model a kick-off is required to actually engage the motor and to get the scooter moving. Good Luck! T
