I just started using it. I have 18 inch long hair but, I want it to grow to waist length and that’s 22 inches long. So, I really, really hope it grows those four inches before June. Because, I want to dye it once I’ve grown it waist-length.
I find the scent very relaxing. I dont keep it overnight though. I leave it on for about 4 hours and meanwhile i do exercise and chores. After a few hours, i wash it off. I notice my hair falls less. I m not sure if it's this product cos i also use castor oil and massage my scalp.

I think you should first try to minimise the dandruff issue before starting with the oil. I would suggest trying out purifying shampoos to clear the skin and get rid of any build up. The oil probably won't penetrate as well if you have dandruff
For sure I think it's best to consult your doctor about your hair situation and using rosemary oil. But I don't think anybody can really prove that a girl lost her hair because of rosemary oil as there could be so many other reasons

I haven't found science based research regarding biotin helping with hair growth so I'm still hesitant about trying this oil. But maybe I'll get one

I used it almost every day overnight at first and after about a month started using it every 3 days
