There are only 2 things I focussed on and it helped me to grow back my hair: 1. Reducing the factors that cause hair fall like stress, fried and spicy food, smoking. 2. Boosting the factors that cause hair growth like adding Coco Onion oil and shampoo, using reactivate hair growth serum of litlleextra, drinking enough water, good fruits, and vegetables.. Whatever the reason there is always a solution to grow your hair. Just remain confident and do not stress over it.
