    I'm 18 and am starting my hair care journey because I can see bald spots growing in the middle of my scalp and it makes me so anxious every time I step out of my house. It feels like every one is watching me and I have happened to lose most of my confidence (I started taking medications from my dermatologist last year, October around but evidently they did help a BIT but it didn't completely resolved the whole problem)
    I really feel like after covid my hair (which was the best part of my body earlier) started falling out rapidly with each passing month.

Started taking "Kieselerde" (not sure if there is an English translation), Pantovigar tablets, B12 and Omega 3 oil capsules and have been doing scalp oiling w castor oil and rosemary oil albeit too infrequent - but I'm noticing less shedding. Hopefully I'll regain the lost hair! Wishing you success also!

    Heather, as a guy that really appreciates long hair I must say that I have constantly wondered why there weren't more women with really long hair (waist length) when it is just so beautiful on those rare few that actually have it. As a guy, I clearly don't know all the difficulties and hassles involved, but seeing your video as well as some others on the subject, I can sympathize considering the challenges you have. And given this, I can understand why this can be a challenge for so many other women who might want longer hair but can't for various reasons. But to speak for men like me, we really do appreciate it when we see it. The results are truly glorious.

    • @lailahwcusansdbdb
      @lailahwcusansdbdb 3 месяца назад

      I’d recommend watching Hair Professor (on RUclips). Don’t trim your hair too often-once every 6 months is enough. If you do it too often, your hair will never grow. And make sure to take good care of your ends. When it comes to growing your hair, the ends are the most important. The only hair care routine you need is shampoo, conditioner or hair mask, leave-in conditioner (which is even more important than regular conditioner, as it protects your hair), and oil for your ends. I’d recommend Olaplex No. 7 oil. Use it every night before going to sleep. Also, try to protect your hair while you sleep. If your hair is damaged and has split ends, there are pre-shampoo treatments. I’d recommend Olaplex No. 3 or the Redken one. Use it once a week. Avoid bleaching your hair and don’t use heat styling too often. That‘s all I did.

      Use bananas on your hair, makes it a million times better,shiny, soft and defines it, also makes it straighter, also remember the longer your hair is the less curly it is just because the weight of it, the curls are still there, is just since it weights it can’t curl as much as if it was short.
      For using bananas I recommend Greek yogurt and 1 or 2 bananas blended or puréed. You can add more stuff to this base, a splash of milk if you want it more liquid, a bit of olive oil, castor oil, or coconut oil, an egg… camomile tea is great too for your hair and so is apple cider vinegar. Rice water also is good.
      I recommend you use only use natural stuff on your hair and if you use vinegar as if it was shampoo you won’t need shampoo anymore. Is the best thing you can use for your hair. Also if you’re worried about the smell, it doesn’t smell at all once your hair is dry, you can use it plain or dilute it with water, and if you don’t like the smell you can infuse the vinegar with cloves (spice), cinnamon, lavender, or rosemary (which also makes your hair grow.)
      Hope this helps and if you need more tips let me know.

      It may be due to breakage, stop using heat and use strengthening hair masks and products. Be gentle when brushing hair and keep it moisturised. If it’s not due to breakage it’s just your genetics and you can not change it

      Use caster oil and add almond oil. Use it twice a week. If you have bald spots use garlic. Peel a garlic cut it in half rub it on your bald spot. It will hurt a bit but hair will grow. Dont wash it. Do that for a week. Every other day.

    Hello, just subscribed.🙂 I just came across your comment. I initially thought I had dandruff, but now I'm pretty certain it's psoriasis affecting my entire scalp, back of the ears, back of the neck, and near my temples. It's really embarrassing to talk about 😔. It burns, itches, flakes, and there's redness from the inflamed skin.
    I've been using a homemade remedy with 8 aspirin tablets dissolved in water, mixed with 1/2 to 1 cup of plain Greek yogurt and a bit of honey. I apply this mixture to the affected areas, which helps to calm the irritation and remove the flaky skin, but it's only a temporary solution. I leave it on for about two hours, then rinse it off with shampoo and conditioner.
    Which brand of shampoo and conditioner do you use and would recommend? You mentioned “hair growth drops” something like that, is this for the hair or for the scalp? Where could I buy them?
    Do you know of any other remedies, DIY treatments, or medications that could help? This condition is driving me crazy, and I'm losing a lot of my curly hair, which makes me cry every day. Thank you for sharing your knowledge. God bless.

Like she mentioned, she indulged in expensive hair treatments and it was not solely the rosemary or the shampoo.
