That was bloody awsome! Loving it. You know, im sitting here with an idea and some stainless tanks that ive started converting into a costom kettle and mash tun, about big enough for 1500L batch. Nothing like a pandemic and alcohol ban to really motivate one! Ban over now but still. Really wish in 10 or so years i will have a great setup like this, and if i do im coming to have the real tour there!!! Much love from South Africa!
