Even though I am not pregnant I have been doing these workouts along with the regular strength workouts. I am feeling this one today! The variety and placement of the moves makes such a difference in each workout! It is amazing how heavy you lift! ❤

I am trying to grow in the fitness space as well and I was wondering your opinion on the performance of posting "mash up" workout videos? When you bundle two previously uploaded workouts together into a longer workout. I know you used to do this and I do them also but I wonder your opinion how effective that strategy is or is it better to post each workout only without any mash ups? I’ve never been able to really get the lying tricep move right. So that modification helped so much! Maybe I’ll finally get strong enough to do those!
