    Even though I am not pregnant I have been doing these workouts along with the regular strength workouts. I am feeling this one today! The variety and placement of the moves makes such a difference in each workout! It is amazing how heavy you lift! ❤

    I’ve never been able to really get the lying tricep move right. So that modification helped so much! Maybe I’ll finally get strong enough to do those!

    I've been on a hiatus for a couple months due to just being busy with family and then being pretty sick -- this was a great one to get back into things! I'm so sore today, in the best way possible! Thank you ^_^

    Hey Kaleigh, I love your workouts and you are a big inspiration to me. I am trying to grow in the fitness space as well and I was wondering your opinion on the performance of posting "mash up" workout videos? When you bundle two previously uploaded workouts together into a longer workout. I know you used to do this and I do them also but I wonder your opinion how effective that strategy is or is it better to post each workout only without any mash ups? As far as, what pleases the algorithm better lol. Thanks in advance, you're the best & keep crushing your pregnancy 💪♥🔥

      Hi Rhianna! Thank you so much! Actually, we've never done any "mash up" or combined two workouts and re-published as one. It honestly depends on your audience. I would say try it and see how your audience likes it! 💜

    I work out barefoot. I don't see why I would want to wash more socks.
