      I’m so glad you enjoyed it! I’d suggest 1-2 times per week for upper body and 2 times lower body!

      Hi! Yes, you can! Aside from pushups and Tricep kickbacks, everything should be similar from a seated position.

    10 weeks pregnant and I'm doing arm workout with 4 kg dumbbells.
    Is it okay?

      That sounds great to me! Just listen to your body and make sure you can maintain proper technique throughout and, if needed, take it slower and add in more breaks!
