We went to see this last night. It has minor imperfections but is absolutely phenomenal. I loved every minute and didn't want it to end. Interestingly I think my favourite part of the whole show was the four songs around half way through that just go straight from one to another with no break - Lay All Your Love, Summer Night City, Gimme Gimme Gimme and Voluez Vous. The energy in these songs is superb. In Lay all your Love there is a brilliant switch of view too. And I say that as someone who loves Abba but don't have these as my favourite songs of their's. Never before have I felt Gimme Gimme Gimme was my favourite Abba song! The light show was also superb - the lighting to Dancing Queen was amazing. At one point Benny comes on stage and says that they haven't played in London since 1979. That got me quite emotional as my wife and I were there for one of those concerts at Wembley Arena and I just thought where did all those years go....
I went to see the ABBA voyage on Sunday and it was the most amazing concert I have ever been to. ABBA Voyage 2022! My birthday present from September and waiting 10 months for this. I enjoyed it. ABBA forever! ❤️❤️❤️❤️
This is for sure: ABBA put in all those dollars and all those hours in making these wonderful experiences, not for commercial/economical earnings for themselves, but for all their fans. All love to you, Agnetha, Benny, Björn and Anni-Frid. Thank you so much for the music and for the experience. And, not the least for all the real, genuine feelings that you miraculously produce/get out in all of us. Feelings of joy/delight/hope and belief in the future. But also, just as important, feelings of grief, feelings of sorrow. Bring it on/bring it out in us. In order to heal. You help us healing, dear ABBA. Best regards, Lena.
Lena you can't be stupid enough to think they did this for fans lmao. They're cynical money grubbers. Most of them don't like eachother, and don't care a dime about 'fans' lmao. This is FOR MONEY. They don't even have to move a finger and they get paid for all eternity now. This is as cynical as it gets. You're paying to see ABBA and you're not even seeing them anymore. How can you possibly be seeing this as a good trade off for fans lmao.
Lmao live music? It's a studio recorded album being played through big speakers. You could do this at home on Spotify. Simply play an old recording of the live song performed, mute it, and play the Spotify track over it. No difference. Abba should not be making money for not lifting a finger. Everyone should work.
@@idrinkmilk282 So you want four old fogeys to get on stage to rock out a tune to keep you happy whilst one of them drop dead on the stage whilst performing, this isn't the 1970's anymore and ABBA Said time and time again that there no way they will appear on stage in person again as they now ages between 74 to 79 and they don't want to disappoint fans.
Im going in September but a guy i work with was one who went within the first five days and got a badge to prove it. All he would say was that the whole experience gave him goosebumps from start to finish 😃
absolute fantastic show. completely felt like I was getting a live experience. I don't want it to end. like the show Mamma Mia, id love to see it go on and on.
I pray this isn’t a”goodbye “ from ABBA. I know it would be a great way to say goodbye but I just can’t think that. I just can’t. Selfish I know but at the moment I feel I Need them still to be in my life and to make more beautiful songs. I’m so sorry to be selfish like this, just want to believe this will be, something to cling on to.😓🙃xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx🙏🌟💕🌈🌈🌈🌈❤️🙏😊🙃
you are not selfish at all. I also, wish they would come back and do concerts. If the rolling stones can still do it then so can they even if they are 70. I want them in my life again. I am also in my 70's and grew up with them and damn it...they are still good and should get themselves out there without all the fakery.
@lati long Of course I don’t expect them to dance around to Dancing Queen. That’s absolutely ridiculous, but what I am trying to say is the 4 of them felt an amazing re connection when they went back into the studio again… and “Voyage” was created with that beautiful ❤️ love that, somewhere, inside their hearts, never went away… never disappeared completely… And as they all agreed, they had not only a wonderful, happy time at making beautiful music once more, they had, as I said, an amazing, deeply felt love and re connection once more.”I Still Have Faith In You” answers all questions and “Don’t Shut Me Down “ asks/answers how much they have, in their own personal way, matured and understand now, in the words of maybe “I Can Be That Woman Now “, understand each other and how precious their friendship, love, happiness and respect for each other is still so very much appreciated and, “The Way Old Friends Do” , to myself, has a stronger impact and meaning than back, when they first composed the wonderful song. I really would love 💕 that song to be released as an ABBA tribute, or even by ABBA themselves.Wow, no one,no one at all can Ever have that superb, talent, humble and simply brilliant ingenious and out of this world ( those words came from me without even thinking about “Voyage “) ,well, please can someone finish my writing cos I’m just lost for words now, sorry 😢………🙏😊💕🌈🌟🌟🌟🌟🙃xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
Just remember to say, as I got completely carried away, sorry, that although,ok, they’re in their 70’s I feel that there is more music in their heart, .. never say never still bursting out to be heard…….?….
Yes a big investment risk no doubt. But Las Vegas reputedly offering $1.3bn (that's $400m more than ABBA ever earned in their lifetime) - I reckon it goes there in 2023 and never comes back. And who can blame them !
Went last night and it felt fake and all about technology and illusion and seeing their concert in big screen with live band who actually makes show with their vocals and image and they used body doubles. I think this band should be left preserved in history and not re created like this from 1977 they then turn up old wrinkled
This show is a GAME CHANGER in every sense of the word.
Brilliance written all over
it!

Can only echo the other sentiments. This show is incredible. If you like ABBA....get tickets.
🙏🎵🙏 Music from and with ABBA is sent from Heaven 🙏🎵🙏
So true, Svana! The opening and the ending were just phenomenal!!! Your hard work and dedication has paid off :)
This was a heck of a risk - and its paid off. Well done to ABBA for giving us a new musical live format and making it work.

Thank you for the music and love
So prouder to say I'm an ABBA fan after seeing the show. Thank you, love from Dublin xxx
Hearing and watching the opening of Voyage with The Visitors was the most incredible ( pop) musical moment of my life.
Same for me ... in a totally fantastic experience, the opening with "The Visitors" was, for me, the outstanding highlight.
Great set of interviews, right questions right answers!!

‘I Still Have Faith’ we may get more music some day.

Pretty wide swing for Johan Renck to go from directing Chernobyl to producing this.

I heard Zara Larsson, I have never seen the bands who took the interview in 2000s after 70s and 80s.
11:37 he gave it away huh?
Ooh, I hope so! I can’t imagine they would have missed the opportunity…
Just Like That by ABBA complete version:

Why on earth did they say they looks like 1979???
They looks like 1977
I agree
Nobody cares bro
This is definitely the last thing ABBA does… until the next thing comes along.
I could see another tour or two with the final album called Fin.
@@stevehughes1280 Fin.......not bad idea.🙂By the way, each of us is going to Fin. But with ABBA- a happy Fin😁
